Fantastic staff. It is a 3-star hotel, but the staff does everything to make it seem like a 4-star one. Detailed cleaning of the rooms every day. The service arranges everything in the room nicely. Everyone is very polite all the time. Good breakfasts with nice service. I had a chance to stay for a bit longer time, so I could experience multiple options they offer and I really enjoyed most of the food they provided It is such a pleasant place, comparing to the tiring, polluted city. Good AC, good lighting

The amenities could be provided the same way every day, instead of refilling them on some days and not refilling on others. There is a construction site very close to the building and sometimes there is some noise coming from there, but not much. The Wifi was sometimes disconnecting.

Our stay at LYNQ AERO was exceptional! The rooms were impeccably clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting KOLKATA Newtown ❤️.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room services were top notch. Having stayed in so many hotels, I must say this hotel focuses genuinely on hospitality. The in room dining and the breakfast were very tasty.

The room are kind of small. For a family of 3 could be a bit conjested. But as a solo business traveller, it was perfect.

Room service was good . Towels were clean.The staff were prompt, friendly, and attentive. The food was delicious, hot, and presented nicely.Viriety of items served in breakfast. The prices were reasonable. Overall, the room service exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to future guests."

There was no dustbin and slippers inside the room

Clean nice sized room, over looked a building site (which was actually quite interesting! Stay were helpful and breakfast was good.

I messaged the hotel twice before arrival to ask if they’d look after our bags before check in but got no reply. There was no problem when we arrived at 08:00 for them to look after our bags as check in wasn’t until 13:00

Location,cleanliness,,restaurant staff behaviour was exceptional..and food also

Reception staffs are not that much helpful.during booking I said that I require room on the higher floor.but instead I was given room at 3rd floor. Not acceptable.whereas there were many vacant room in the hotel. And they should have some smile on their face when a customer is talking to them..instead they are more busy on their personal stuffs.

1. Staff Cousteousness. I travelled with my family including aging parents and the staff went all out to tender to their needs. 2. Location, location, location. 3. Excellent restaurant.

1. Hot running water. The hotel's boiler is not tuned to handle winters, which is a real shame.

One of the best hotel to stay for corporate travellers at prime corporate area of Kolkata City. Rooms are spacious and clean. Good and fresh ambience. Food quality is awsome. You have buffet option for dinner which offers varities of food. Staff is supportive. Quick service. Overall fantastic experience. Highly recommended.

No negative experience

The general hygiene and cleanliness of the hotel. Excellent location especially for corporate travellers with office in Sec V locality. Alert and attentive staff make you feel warm and welcome. Breakfast spread is good and wholesome. Stayed here 3 times now and not much to complain about yet. Helps a lot as my office is within 5 mins walk.

The A/c in the room takes a good 10-15 mins to cool up the room. Considering the hot and humid Kolkata weather, that can be irritating sometimes especially after a long work day. Can't find anything else to complain though.

Breakfast has a good variety of combination. Occasionally pancakes, french toasts, custard. Maybe a few more options for extra side items like a fish cutlet with boiled peas

The fruit juices were quite tasteless, especially the pineapple. Add more fresh fruits in the buffet.
