Absolutly everything was exceptional!! I had such horrible day when I was looking for place to stay and honestly 8 hours of trying to find some hotel was hard as 2 times I have been scammed , when I found place on booking with good price they didn’t want accept price so they wanted 2x more or what happend is address wasn’t correct so I couldn’t find . I decided to stay in Monotel and that was the best decision!!! Receptionist name Abhishek Maharana turned my horrible day into absolutely unforgettable day and stay !! Iam so thankful I met him and also made friend ! Food served as buffet was stunning ! Highly recommend this hotel !! Thank you for everything

Sayan Housekeeping staff was very polite and well spoken, service on time. Amit the luggage boy was very decent and smiling whenever he used to meet us. Overall stay superb, you must try their food, very delicious

Very comfortable room, excellent food, friendly staff. Convenient location, close to the airport and swasthya bhavan where I had work.
Wifi was erratic and I had to use my phone hotspot most of the time. Room cleanliness could be improved.

As I went for the Kolkata Book Fair the location was perfect for me. It took me just 5 minutes by vehicle to reach to venue of the book fair. The hotel is half and hour away by taxi from the airport. The breakfast is complimentary in the hotel and there was a very good spread of South Indian, Continental an Bengali breakfast dishes.
It was all good, I liked the hotel, it suited my budget, the location was good, the staff were polite and helpful and attended to all my needs promptly.
