My husband and I visited Kolkata and arrived at night. Our taxi driver got lost, and due to the language barrier, it took a while to find our hotel. Despite the delay, the hotel staff were very welcoming. The hotel room was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were kind and helpful. Overall, I had a pleasant one-night stay at Treebo Premium The Crystal Hotel.

Need to provide tissue box and toiletries in room.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff were very polite. There is also a flatscreen tv and you can connect your amazon and netflix account to watch movies. Its just 15 mins from the airport.

You can connect wifi with only 1 device. Just outside the hotel is chaos, very crowded with lots of traffic, however you dont hear the noise in your room.

I really like the hospitality of this that they are giving at very nominal price. Staff was very polite. This is my first stay with this hotel and I definitely choose this hotel again whenever I'll come to kolkata. All good rooms are very spacious and full of amenities.

Breakfast was good . Hotel is very near to the main road and airport . Nice service and the best part is thy respond to the call and its open 24/7 . I was there for 4 nights and it was my best stay .

hotel location was good for business men because all market and staion are near to this hotel. room was very fine and comfortable. but there are one problem that is room service and food both are very poor quality. so overall my experience in term of money was good.
