Very nice and friendly staff, very helpful. The staff noticed from the birth date of my husband that he had his birthday during our stay, so they surprised us even with a gift! Very special experience.

Food was excellent. However the arrangement for the morning buffet was in disarray leading to non-availability of seating spaces, food etc. However the Buffet Lunch and Buffet Dinner was excellent.

The location of the hotel is away from the scenic visiting places

a Relatively new Property with well appointed rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast was good with quick service for anything we asked for. Good spread with lots of veg and non-veg options. The room was decent size as advertised and bathroom was clean with hot water and toiletries. The Wifi was free and fast. Room were well appointed, with fancy lights, modern systems and flat screen TV. The bed was comfy with clean fresh linen, clean fresh towels. We stayed only for the night and we had a good sleep that was really needed after a long day of travel. The onsite parking was ample and easy to access and use.

The management however lacks the experience of managing a 5* property as it could have been a lot better with better trained staff. The view from the room lacked anything as there is a high rise construction going on in the neighborhood. The Open area of the dining was also closed due to bad door. The staff really lacked proper training and it was very evident from Check in to breakfast. Our toasts were burnt fist, the eggs dropped which caused some delay... etc. I feel with better trained staff, this hotel would be candidate for a 4**** rating.

Everything was very nice. Staff polite and helpful. Rooms clean and modern furniture. Amenities good.

There was construction above our head and it started early morning. Also electricity was on and off and sometimes at night the light also just switched on automatically. Maybe it's with a sensor or I'm not sure. Or it was maybe due to the power cuts. But it was quite mysterious.

Lot of noises coming from outside room . If any one taking outside the room you feel they are inside your room

This place is awesome! Atmosphere is great and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Gourmet Food is the speciality of this hotel thats make them a wacky structure. They have different cuisine,Arabic,Northindian,southindain.. weekends there you must visit for fantastic food.menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard, Really decent food and at affordable prices. Their buffet is one of the relevent dining,all day different menu for buffet.everything is so fresh.from the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding.i have to say when you think about any celebration choose this place,it never disappoints. You must have to go this cutest spot,its located in markez knowledge city. highly recommend to any one looking for somewhere to eat delicious food.

No mountain view from room, Need to go to swimmimg pool area to have the view. No minibar as mentioned in the room facilities, and no iron for ironing
