The property was very beautiful. It has got amazing gardens, and a very serene pool. The rooms were comfy. Had all the necessary amenities. Staff was extremely helpful. We stayed at the resort during Ramadan, but that didn't deter the staff from giving their fullest. Particularly, shout out to Shamsudeen for an easy check-in process even at 3:30 am.

Breakfast was the only thing that could improve. Not really complaining about the breakfast, but could do with some improvement.

A lovely resort, set in a beautiful location. We were not expecting the level of service, the ambience, the food and just the amazing hospitality of this place. Throughout most of my stay, the customer service was impeccable. The staff members were attentive, accommodating, and always treated me with the utmost respect, ensuring that I felt valued as a guest. However, I must mention that during the last two days of my stay, there was a noticeable decline in the level of service provided. Regrettably, the staff's attentiveness and respect were not up to the standard set in the earlier days of my visit. The rooms at this hotel are aesthetically pleasing and have a nice ambiance.

I had a delightful stay at Le Candle Resort.especially the garden view cottage, its really nice.The overall experience was quite enjoyable, and the standout feature was the excellent behavior of the staff. They were accommodating and friendly throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome.other activity we tried it is live fishing it was a fresh experience to us. That catched fishes they gave us like tawa fry with special delicious masala.

Some of the North Indian resort staff were staying in the room behind the cottage no 108 where we stayed. This was really disturbing as these staff used to walk around the cottage all day. I guess only cottage No 108 with garden view has this problem. Intercom was not working, No signals for TV, Electric kettle was not functioning properly and further no hot water facility in 108. Had these problems not been there, our stay would have been excellent.
