The facilities were limited but at this price and location, a pretty decent hotel .. the hotel was accessible for most of the attractions...we couldn't find uber much helpful though but autos were frequent, even the staff helped with it....the breakfast was good....

There is no in house restaurant, which was a bit problematic considering lunch and dinner was brought or ordered. There was no provision to fill water and bottles were also not complimentary.

Breakfast was very good on both days. Staff are largely excellent. The hotel location is convenient. Nothing to dislike! Thank you very much for a pleasant stay.

Hotel was full so I drew the short straw and got the least desirable last room overlooking the roadside -- as it was new year's eve, there were parades and people honking car horns all night long nonstop, from 11pm to 5am :(

The staff are friendly and helpful especially front desk,the beach is within walking distance, nevertheless the building have old vibe but with modern amenities and Chrystal clean room also they upgrade my room on request of the owner luckily I pump with him at the reception Mr Hashim,truly Malabar person with his hospitable behaviour and charm,he’s also the grandson of the oldest company in Calicut dealing with dhow making since 1885.He took me to his marine museum of which has depth’s history and information on marine life period on Indian Ocean.They also providing breakfast.Overall my stay was excellent and enjoyable.will recommend to all

Large room, very clean. Good wifi, nice staff. Very good restaurant around the corner, and close location to the Big Bazaar and other sightseeing places.

This is not a complaint, but if they wanted to attract foreign guests who might want a break from the breakfast curry, it would be a very good idea to include some juice and more fruit with the breakfast, and something other than very sweet jam for the toast. Bring ear plugs, as it is a central location there is some traffic noise.

Excellent location with everything available within a short walking distance. Very close to the beach. Good breakfast served in the hotel's restaurant. We stayed twice - first one night and then 2 nights within 10 days of our tour. Very well equipped and furnished rooms with daily cleaning. The owner Mr. Hashim and his team are very professional, cooperative and caring. They kindly agreed for a late check out to help us relax and get ready for a late night flight. Highly recommended for short or long stay. Good parking available. Thanks everyone at Casino.

We had breakfast only one day and it was very good - Just as at home. The rooms were clean. Staff were cooperative and helpful. The hotel is very close to the beach and the famous Mithai Theruvu.

The floor in the bathroom was a little slippery. The ambiance in the hotel although is good, the views from the windows are not that pleasing.

The staff , frond officers, Mr. Adarsh helped me very well!

Nothing but, check out the bathroom room window, was open, mosquitoes, use some small grill tips windows to get air circulation.

Location, near to Kozikode beach & Calicut Trade centre. The staff are good, ready to help & guide you. Facilities & amenities are also good. Overall it's a good experience.

It’s close proximity to the beach, restaurants and town center. Has a decent covered space to park cars and get dropped off.

The towels are worn out. But they were clean! When complained they brought another one which not better either. They gentlemen said, due to some issue in their washing machine towels are getting worn out!
