The room's size was excellent and was equipped with necessary devices, e.g., electric kettle, geyser. The room and the bathroom was perfectly cleaned. The bed's size was big. It was a nice room, full of day lights, and airy. Now coming to the breakfast, the breakfast was excellent, vegetarian, and has sufficient choices of mostly Indian foods, e.g., idly, poori, sambar, vada, curry, sweets, juices, tea/coffee, bread, butter, jam. For those, who finds that the western breakfast choices are less, I suggest them to try those Indian foods when you are in India. You have taken those bread butter jam sausage throughout your entire life. You have come all the way to appreciate Indian culture, then what is the problem in taking the Indian flavour with you!

The location is 50 rupees away from the railway station or the bus stands (by auto). It is neither in the side of the beach. You have to walk 5-6 minutes to reach the beach. However, there is a auto stand just outside the hotel and the auto drivers are honest enough to inform you the exact fare when you ask before jumping in. The area is expensive, as well. The elevator starts from the first floor, not from the ground floor.

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed in a quiet room, so a good night's sleep. Breakfast was great, enough variety every day and tasty. Location is good, only 10 mins walk from the beach and plenty of shops/restaurants very close. Excellent value for money.

Our room maybe needs a little maintenance. Lots of paint peeling and some mould on the walls. Easily fixed though.

The Manager Dushyant was amazing and responsive and did everything he could to assist us. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful and the rooms were comfortable and very clean. Walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Not much we didn't like.

Amazing little hotel with fantastic service. We got trusty taxi referrals from the reception and the cleanliness was topnotch. Breakfast also had a decent spread although it is hard to compete with local restaurants! Location was fantastic, just a walk to Kozhikode beach and on a busy road making it easy to catch rickshaws for quick commutes around the city. Highly, highly recommend

Location. Room size was ok for single person with limited luggage. Room comes with Geyser, dental kit, shampoo and conditioner bottles and toilet soaps and white towels. No newspaper. IPTV ready.

AC duct gave a foul smell first night, had to switch it off. But later it went away. One has to climb till 1St floor as there is no lift from ground floor.

I had a very pleasant stay here and was very happy with the choice to stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just minutes from Kozhikode beach and surrounded by dozens of amazing restaurants, and walking distance to historical and architectural landmarks. The room was very clean and comfortable and the included breakfast was tasty.

I had a great experience with the hotel room, staff and location. The hotel room was hygienic, spacious and comfortable. Located near most Calicut main attractions. The breakfast spread was vegetarian however it was very good to start the day.. Thank you.

A good property located in a prime area. Close to Khozikode ⛱️ and lots of eateries around. Comfortable big rooms.

The property needs a facelift from inside too. Walls had that marks on them in quite a few places
