The staff was very attentive , ensuring that our dining experience was memorable. The resort's staff organized a guided trek to the nearby hills, which was an exhilarating experience. The best part to nearby safari experience in Vatanvasa Safari Zone Kalagarh Tiger Reserve. It's around 7 km from the resort. I saw the first time Tiger in my life and many more animals.Considering the resort's amenities , services and location , I felt that it offered excellent value for money. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience in the hills .

Excellent location to spend quality time with family. We went in early June which was still warm and little humid but evening and night temperature were pleasant. The property is big enough to allow you to move around and enjoy the nature particularly in the early morning and evening where sunset view is gorgeous. Kids also get a chance to play the badminton and cricket. You have an option to go for long walks and Iungle Safari at Kalagarh Tiger Reserve which is nearby Quality and taste of food is exceptional and while it may look costly but given the place is on a mountain and far off from the town this may be a factor. All the staffs were courteous and the Property Manager Mr Rajendra is very supportive and someone who can go extra mile to make your stay comfortable.

1. Option to have few indoor games like TT or billiards. 2. For people staying longer duration (ex 3 days or more), fooding could have been offered at cheaper rates as a package. 3. In addition to the usual dorset door locks, there were no latches provided from inside of the door in the Suite so a suggestion was given to Mr Rajendra to have this provided to offer privacy.

The location is amazing, away from the city, amid forest, you can only hear birds chirping. Rooms are okay but the staff is super helpful and courteous. Took care of us a lot. Special attraction for us was an off road ride from parking to hotel facility. Those 2 mins were full of adventure and fun.

Facilities in the room, for example,bathroom slippers, iron, a mini refrigerator to keep eatables and better toiletries. Since it is far from city, more indoor games could also help people engage kids.

First of all the best thing is that the staff there is very good and friendly The rooms are clean and hygienic and the food is also very tasty

Its not the property its you booking.com. You have mentioned that suite has a living room but the hotel suites has 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. No separate living room so please correct information on your app

Location was excellent. If you want to enjoy your vacation at secluded place, this is the best bet near Lansdowne area. You will get a real feel to live in an absolute raw jungle. You can spot a tiger if your lucky enough. Tip: Need to plan carefully if you are travelling with senior citizens as it might be little tough for them to climb up and down from your Hut to restuarant/reception area. Hospitality was superb.
