I had a great experience at the hotel. The location, staff, and food—everything was excellent. The standout feature (USP) of the hotel was definitely the customer-friendly nature of the staff. They were warm, polite, helpful, and made the stay very comfortable. The food (though slightly overpriced) was very delicious and added to the overall enjoyment of the stay. Highly recommended!

Wi-Fi was a bit of an issue, but if you're open to treating it as a digital detox, it’s actually a blessing in disguise. Reaching the hotel was a bit of a challenge due to the steep, narrow road and hairpin bends, but once I arrived, the stunning views and serene ambience made me forget everything else.

Location is mindblowing, nestled in the mountains, overlooking the valley---FAR FROM THE MADDING CROWD!

The staff needs to be more professional. I could see that they usually gather on the lawn area and chat and laugh. it is inappropriate when guests are trying to sit there and enjoy the place. Also, the Wifi never worked during our entire stay. Upkeepment of the place needs special attention from the owner. Also, no one came for housekeeping during my 3-night stay. only on demand, they provided basic things like water, etc. No one cleaned the room or bathroom, not even the dustbins.

Food was good. View from the balcony was amazing. Staff was very friendly.

Bathroom door was not getting locked properly. And TV is just become an accessory- dnt know why they have to put it in the room if they dnt want to take any subscriptions. Play area was also not in good condition.

We booked a different room and after arrival it was given to someone else. They charged very high fir driver's food and stay.
