The people and the place were beyond perfect! Navjot, Arif and Sunny are the stars of the property and not to forget Mr. Dalip, the owner is no less .. didn't feel we were staying out of home . They made us feel and our anniversary celebration just straight out of movies. They actually did justice to the phrase ' home away from home!"

Little care has to be taken on regular cleaning of the rooms. The taste of the food is on point but the pricing has to be re-checked for some items . For ex - two pieces of bread butter costing 100 is just way above....and bread is always included with eggs .

The staff was really really good, they were truly helpful and the environment of the hotel was cool & homely even the owner himself came in the morning asked for our feedback and experience overall. there was a girl & boy who helps in kitchen and house keeping were really helpful I was travelling with my 9 months old baby and they were really joyful and managed her cooking oats and other meal. I Loved my stay

the food could be lil much better

The location is little on the outskirts of Lansdowne, before you reach the centre of the town. But since it is on a hill-top, the view is amazing from the room.

Walking up and down the hill will take an extra effort, especially for the aged. And there is nothing much to do if you come down too. Not all car drivers will be comfortable on the ascent and descent.

Nothing much, If i have to be critical yes! they can work on the Bathrooms and go for centralised water heater. everyone enjoys a long shower during vacations.

I've come across few properties that truly match their photos. This one exceeded expectations in the best way possible. The serenity, warmth, and comfort were unexpected delights. Mohit and Keerti were exceptional hosts, ensuring our stay was comfortable in every way possible. The food was super yumm. The local pahadi dal (I think it’s called badki dal) is a must-try. You can feel the love and dedication in every corner of the property and in every interaction, whether with Mohit, Keerti, or the staff. I’m definitely coming back again and soon :)

During monsoons, the weather can be tricky. Be prepared for the rains.

We had a pleasant and refreshing stay, with majestic views of the valley and clouds. The property is very well maintained with modern amenities and spacious rooms. The staff was very courteous and food was delicious too. I went there with my wife and toddler, they had a good time.

Nothing to dislike, maybe points for improvement. As there is no mobile network coverage, wi-fi speed could be higher as we are solely dependent on that. Uphill winding drive to reach the estate from main road could be a challenge for novice/city drivers, better to call the property and get valet.

Absolutely loved our stay and really memorable . Kamaljot was absolutely incredible helpful. Had a lovely conversation with the owner and how he plan to unscale the property . the whole staff including the owner were so welcoming and reachable , it felt like staying at a relative's place . Would surely stay again.

My recent trip to Lansdowne in Uttarakhand was made even more memorable by my stay at the beautiful Lanswood Estate hotel. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a charming ambiance that immediately put me at ease. The rooms at the hotel were spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities that made me feel right at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the soundproof windows ensured a peaceful night's sleep. Every morning, I woke up to breathtaking views of the Himalayas, which were truly a sight to behold. The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing, with a wide variety of local and international cuisines that tantalized my taste buds. I especially loved the local specialties, and the staff was always happy to recommend their favorite dishes.

Very beautiful property. Excellent views. Food was really good and the staff are extremely helpful. Especially Arif. I went with my family and they enjoyed it thoroughly.

The bathroom was not very clean. The commode especially. And the water through the taps and shower was muddy at all times.

Overall, the stay was good with little areas of improvement. The dinner and lunch options were great but breakfast options could be more and less oily. Bathrooms could be cleaned better. Our phone wasn’t working and some of the furnishings in the room were worn out.
