Very comfortable spacious room, with view of snow capped mountains. Hotel is in a great location where there was a short walk to the centre. The best part of the stay were the staff, particularly Ashwani and Munish on reception. Nothing was too much trouble and they were able to help me with excursions and transfers to/from the airport. They were both not only very competent and knowledgeable in their role, but also very friendly with a sense of humour. They made my stay very enjoyable and memorable . and they are a credit to the hotel.

Buffet breakfast was good, cleanliness was good, staff was very good at solving my problems - things like shower not working, etc. Very courteous, always with a smile - really liked the staff.

The room service kitchen was not good. They put extra spice even when i asked them not to put too much spice. breakfast items were not available afternoon onwards. I wanted an omlette sometimes, but couldnt have.

I stayed here in the dead of winter and had a very comfortable stay. Beautiful view from the room, and staff were amazing.

On the last night if my stay people staying in the next room were smoking with their door open, my room got all smoky with smoke coming through vents and from under the door. Stupidity of people cannot be controlled by staff at hotel, they tried to help as much as possible by giving me room freshener, and asking the guests to close door. My suggestion to the hotel will be to separate out floors for smoking and non smoking rooms.

Every thing I like ...clean room and it is just as shown in the picture Food Is excellent we went and in december which is off season then also they provide us food of our choice. In december also it's full warmer in the hotel as promised so you will not feel cold. Outside temperature is -15 bt in room temperature will be 20 jst imagine. No water problem more than sufficient water you will get where in other hotel there is water problem due to extreme climate.

Premium property with clean and spacious rooms. Staff was very polite and professional. Loved the stay, bathroom was very clean and hot water was available. Everything was great during our stay. The breakfast buffet was of top quality with great options. I tried extending my stay but it was sold out. Best stay in the city at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Just the location, but that hardly mattered. About 1 KM from the Leh market, rest all good

The location of the property. Though the hotel is slightly inside the lane while inside it provides a wide open look. The Deluxe Double room was good and spacious. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. We couldn't enjoy the food much due to our short stay.

The hotel should look after the maintenance of the toilet. Our room's toilet seat was broken. Handwash gel and dental kit should also be provided.

Everything about this hotel was to my liking. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and had strong internet connectivity. All food that was ordered was delicious and the staff were friendly and extremely attentive. Best accommodation we booked during our trip to India, can highly recommend. Also, rooms were heated so we were not affected by the -18 degree Celsius temperature.

Location, proximity to the local market, amazing views. Lovely staff, excellent buffet breakfast and dining options. Cab arrangements to and from airport, local sightseeing and even overnight tours.

Almost nothing, if had to pick hard, may be they can have more proactive approach towards room amenities like daily refills, water etc.

Dining room was not very nice. Breakfast started late for travellers (8.00) and staff was courteous but very inexperienced. In short the service was non existent. Redoing of the room was incidental. If you didn’t tell them, they wouldn’t come to clean it up.
