The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to many popular attractions and restaurants. But what really made our stay stand out was the incredible service we received from the staff. From the moment we checked in, we were treated with warmth and hospitality. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The housekeeping staff were also top-notch, keeping our room spotless and well-stocked with amenities. And when we had a special request, the staff were always happy to accommodate us. I have checked in at 11:30 P.M. but at midnight hour too staff was alert and very supportive.Specially Manuraj from front desk helped us for smooth check in at odd hours of the day. Even in the morning check out was very smooth....even front desk person booked and dropped us in cab for further journey. Room was clean n good with all basic amenities.

There was no service telephone in room, no windows so bit suffocating, Television was there but with limited channels, in which I was not interested.

Nice decors, easy on the eye, comfortable yellow lighting, clean bathrooms, hot water kettle and tea available in the room, 24 hrs reception, regular cleaning

I was expecting a window in the room, because of the photos. I think they should mention that there could be no windows. Makes the room claustrophobic for me.

The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. Loved the Location and atmosphere. Just about name it and you’re within walking distance. Dinner here was also great.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there

The stay here was very comfortable, food was also very tasty and i personally liked dinner here. Everything here was easily available. I will visit here again for sure.
