The buffet breakfast had lot of variety and tasty and ample supply. The best part of the restaurant is that all the food is cooked fresh on order for lunch and dinner, that takes time but food is fresh and tasty. You can request your spice level that is the best part. The mineral water, soft drinks and ice creams all are billed as per printed MRP a great plus for any eating joint leading to enhanced customer satisfaction..

Only feedback I gave was the location of toilet paper roll holder that was a bit away from the seat and one had to stretch the arm to reach it. But spotless toilet and wonderful hot and cold water mixer is a BIG PLUS.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at La Serene Resort and Spa in Mahabaleshwar! The service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The property itself is beautiful, with well-maintained facilities that made our experience even more memorable. From the comfortable rooms to the delightful ambiance, everything exceeded our expectations. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so well taken care of. Excellent stay, beautiful room, excellent food, very polite and courteous staff, good spread of morning breakfast. They also took special request for food for my toddler son. My room was 116 and we had an excellent view of the mountain and corn field.

AC, we didnt needed it much during night due to plesant weather, but during day we needed it and it was not so effective. Locker was not working The matressfor extra bed was slightly hard and not very comfortable

We only wish there was a balcony of some sort or covered area around the pool maybe where we could sit n enjoy the rain. Location was excellent, we visited many view points. The resort too was comfortable with excellent service with a smile. Continuous power supply and wifi . But if it's raining, u r forced to sit inside your rooms . That's one thing I wish I could have sat out in a covered place n enjoyed

The stay was overall very good. Best thing about food was the breakfast. It was a Buffet and had a lot of Indian items catering to both North and South palate and tasted good. Best was they kept replenising it hot. The resort is located on main road but still has managed to keep its peaceful as nd tranquil feeling and atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The service is quick and staff is very courteous and helpful. Even our check in and checkout was done very quickly and without much hassle.

It was all in all a very good experience. Difficult to judge in a days stay butwe had a good time.

The best part of the stay was the service , the staff from reception ( Monalisha ) to the bell boys ( shubham and others ) were excellent, we had early checkin things sorted and there was magic show arranged Kids had a galla time. Bonfire was icing on the cake for the perfect weather in the night. The location is just great for the Mahabaleshwar not much crowd but still good restaurant around . We had dinner in the property beside the bonfire which was delicious . Ty so much everyone at the property for making our short stay memorable and comfortable.

The staff are very friendly and professional. The food is very good too. Lots of options as well. Location is on the main road and easy to drive to even during the rainy season.

Hot water facilities is a concern. They have an electric heat pump which does not make the water hot. In case you want very hot water...it's a issue currently. Hope they resolve it

Breakfast spread could have been more with some health-conscious choices. The location did not offer scenic beauty of Mahabaleshwar.

Indoor sports room has Pool, Chess, Carrom, Ludo Staff is courteous and helpful Complimentary breakfast was good too Decent sized pool but but could have been wider

Limited connectivity, WiFi provided for ONLY 2 devices - so definitely no advisable for work purposes

Staff was courteous & helpful. Reception desk was also very polite ( Ganesh and Meghna) Prompt service, Food was excellent. Resort is very calm & peaceful.

Toiletries was not refilled regularly. Room was pretty clean but still there were small cockroaches in washroom & room. No prescribed channels in tv. They could have added hot water connection in the basins too.
