The La Serene Resort has the perfect blend of natural charm and modern facilities... I was impressed by the efficient check in and check out process of resort and it was handled very professionally. This is the perfect resort for a romantic gateway in Mahabaleshwar. Resort offers everything you need. The premium amenities with Spa and wellness facilities including yoga offered us an excellent experience. On Top food was incredible, we took both lunch and dinner in their inhouse restaurant... Buffet breakfast with a variety of options even for kids... Loved the convenient location close to major attractions... Thank you La Serene Resort for such a memorable stay...

The buffet breakfast had lot of variety and tasty and ample supply. The best part of the restaurant is that all the food is cooked fresh on order for lunch and dinner, that takes time but food is fresh and tasty. You can request your spice level that is the best part. The mineral water, soft drinks and ice creams all are billed as per printed MRP a great plus for any eating joint leading to enhanced customer satisfaction..

Only feedback I gave was the location of toilet paper roll holder that was a bit away from the seat and one had to stretch the arm to reach it. But spotless toilet and wonderful hot and cold water mixer is a BIG PLUS.

This is a beautiful resort...It's clean and has lot of comfort...Room was specious.. We loved the view from our room... Away from the hustle and bustle.. We spend our day relaxing by the pool Enjoying the beautiful scenery .. And taking advantage of the resort amenities including spa... truly relaxed. Food was simply outstanding. We especially enjoyed the green mutton dish..fresh one prepared with local ingredients.. Salute To entire La Serene team for their warm hospitality.. We will definitely visit again...!!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at La Serene Resort and Spa in Mahabaleshwar! The service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The property itself is beautiful, with well-maintained facilities that made our experience even more memorable. From the comfortable rooms to the delightful ambiance, everything exceeded our expectations. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so well taken care of. Playing area , indoor and outdoor, swimming pool - although couldnt use it , restaurant was decent . The house keeping staff were very cooperative and courteous. The reception staff especially Mr Mahesh and Miss Manali were exceptionally very helpful and humble.

Swimming pool had dead insect wings given its in open - so perhaps more thorough cleaning could help Through booking.com it appeared to really very pricy 15500 for 1 night is definitely on a higher end

Excellent stay, beautiful room, excellent food, very polite and courteous staff, good spread of morning breakfast. They also took special request for food for my toddler son. My room was 116 and we had an excellent view of the mountain and corn field.

AC, we didnt needed it much during night due to plesant weather, but during day we needed it and it was not so effective. Locker was not working The matressfor extra bed was slightly hard and not very comfortable

We only wish there was a balcony of some sort or covered area around the pool maybe where we could sit n enjoy the rain. Location was excellent, we visited many view points. The resort too was comfortable with excellent service with a smile. Continuous power supply and wifi . But if it's raining, u r forced to sit inside your rooms . That's one thing I wish I could have sat out in a covered place n enjoyed

The property was very good. It was very hygienic and the staff was very helpful, kind and courteous. If anyone comes to Mahabaleshwar I definitely recommend staying here as it ticks all the boxes and you will love it. The restaurant on the property was also very good and very convenient to access and eat food.

Everything was good.

The stay was overall very good. Best thing about food was the breakfast. It was a Buffet and had a lot of Indian items catering to both North and South palate and tasted good. Best was they kept replenising it hot. The resort is located on main road but still has managed to keep its peaceful as nd tranquil feeling and atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The service is quick and staff is very courteous and helpful. Even our check in and checkout was done very quickly and without much hassle.

It was all in all a very good experience. Difficult to judge in a days stay butwe had a good time.

The staff are very friendly and professional. The food is very good too. Lots of options as well. Location is on the main road and easy to drive to even during the rainy season.

Hot water facilities is a concern. They have an electric heat pump which does not make the water hot. In case you want very hot water...it's a issue currently. Hope they resolve it
