Breakfast was limited but thats OK. the location touted as lake view does not face any lake. however, the dingy buildings around it cant be controlled. staff, esp manager were very helpful. arranged taxis, etc. Value for money!!

the construction is such that downstirs rooms guests have to walk out to go into the main hotel. the steps to downstairs rooms are very badly constructed. and they acknowledge it

The room was clean and well maintained. The reception staff Mr Suraj and team was very helpful and prepared a itineary of the places to visit around Mahableshwar and Panchgani. The housekeeping Mr Gautam and team was also helpful. The breakfast and dinner was also tasty thanks to the kitchen staff for preparing the food and serving in a timely manner.

The wall in the room in some areas had dampness it may be due the weather. Otherwise the stay was awesome.

Great hotel near Veena Lake with a kids-friendly swimming pool. Perfect location and excellent service. Highly recommended for families.

Limited choice in Breakfast. The staff of hotel is very good particularly Mr. Sultan. Food was not up to the mark as the chef has no idea about the different taste of different dishes he is using single combination of spices for all the dishes. Overall performance was satisfactory but facilities wise this hotel has no value of money.
