It was a very clean and lavish property. The interiors are well maintained. Rooms are tidy with proper amenities including TV, fan, Iron with stand etc. The food at restaurant was delicious and provided good buffet options. The backyard playing area for children and swimming pool was well maintained.

Some construction going on in the ground floor. The indoor gaming options are limited to Playstation, table tennis, bike and air hockey, not much options for adults. The room main door and balcony doors are not soundproof, so one can clearly listen to people talking outside, more so at night.

Location, ambience, food quality all was top class. All the staff was extremely helpful and polite. I had stayed with my American friend's family and we all were sufficiently impressed by the hospitality offered. There Spa service was extremely professional. Next time if I will go to Mahabaleshwar, I will certainly stay there only.

Fantastic stay at Evershine Resort and Spa. Not only did the place exceeded our expectation, the staff went above and beyond to help us in every way. The breakfast buffet was great as well. We ended up spending all our time at the resort rather than going outside. We would highly recommend the place to our friends and family. Keep it up!

We enjoyed everything during our stay.

The property was elegant and regal but also had a homely feel to it. The view was excellent and service top-notch. What I really loved about the hotel was it offered kid friendly activities and had ample options. Although the rain played spoil sport and prevented us from enjoying the outdoor activities, the hotel staff ensured we had sufficient options in-house such as puppet shows, in-door games, caricatures, etc.. my kid loved playing in the hotel and interacting with the staff. The buffet spread was exquisite and absolutely delicious. The staff ensured that we had a hospitable stay throughout my stay with the hotel and consistently went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. In particular, Sanika from Front Office, Pooja from F&B and Roshan Dsouza from Housekeeping made our stay a memorable one. I would definitely visit this hotel again and look forward towards it.

Ambience, location property features excellent. Bathroom okay.Hot water instant, anytime .. Restaurant food quality and buffet spread very good, , staff service , the stewards ,waiters very responsive . South Indian Chef Shankar very good. Definitely pleasant and happy stay .

Tariff should be little less . Bottled water too expensive in restaurant. Hot chocolate and High tea needs improvement with some good snacks . Pastries,desserts need improvement in quality and taste.. Buffet dinner items were finishing and not refilled unless asked for., so that needs attention Could not avail spa services, as limited staff ,so appintment was not available

Excellent spread and varities one can enjoy. Healthy choice and can have brunch so that we are set free to explore mahabaleshwar without thinking of stomach.

Room should have liquid soap for hand wash, shower and shampoo. This is to avoid wastage of soap bar.

It's a great place if you want a relaxed yet fun filled time out! This resort has so many activities like caricature, mehendi, nail art that keep you entertained. If you are looking for some adventure, then go for arrow shooting, rock climing or cycling. If you just want to relax, then dive into the cool blue swimming pool and unwind. There are multiple food options available here for evening snacks and dinner. I have had one of the best breakfasts here.. With unlimited variety to taste from. । loved their oats and yogurt with strawberries 🍓

Nothing to mention ,only facing frequent power cut...

Breakfast was very nice, spread was nice too. Had all options. Location was good as well...only thing is since it is surrounded by forest, there are lot of monkeys in the hotel premises. Staff is well behaved and polite as well.

Think they can lower the price during monsoon since most of their activities or the other resto is closed during monsoon..

Courteous staff was a pleasure to deal with within the hotel as well as their restaurants. I was traveling with 2 seniors and it was a pleasure to stay at the resort and would recommend it to others as well.
