Everything was great. Hotel has added a host of activities for all age groups. There is a kids rooms with some pottery and slyme making activities that kept our toddlers engaged. Heated pool, games room, box cricket were some of the highlights. Food is very tasty, and staff is pleasant. Overall no complaints, pleasant stay.

Food is delicious but extremely overpriced. Struggle to find any single dish which is priced at less than about 1000rs, which is quite high. For toddler meals, only chapati and khichdi is on the house. We stayed 2 nights, so cannot expect the children to just eat that. Hotel needs to keep toddler meals complimentary which is usually at Marriott properties.

Excellent restaurants, fabulous staff!!! We loved the Indian food and athmosphere in Chingari, with best recommendations by the Chef. Thank you! Breakfast , and also dinner in the Latest Recipe was very good as well, loved the butter chicken and the special pancakes for breakfast (there is also a large Indian section). And the staff was truly amazing and took great care of us. Thank you! Large stylish rooms and bathrooms, spacious terrace with fabulous views. Very good housekeeping. Always sufficient complimentary water, appreciated this.

One small thing, but it got annoying with time: the room badges stopped working almost every day. Was always fixed quickly but ...

It is an excellent and well maintained property at the beautiful location in Mahabaleshwar. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all the modern amenities. The food quality is also excellent with large spread in the breakfast buffet. The main USP is the courteous and very helpful staff. We went to celebrate 75 birthday of my father in law and the staff made it pleasantly memorable. I would specially thank Mr. Shubhankar Kapse for coordinating and following up to make this special occasion memorable. He was equally supported by F&A team led by Mr. Kapil. I would specially like to mention Mr. Deepak from room service who did an excellent job with room decorations to make us feel so special. Mr. Vishal and Ms. Pratibha from the Latest Recipe took an excellent and utmost care of us in dinning .. Ms. Pratibha after knowing the special occasion made the dinner time more special through table decorations which was a pleasant surprise for all of us. Overall we had a wonderful experience during our stay and sincere thanks to an entire team for making the stay and the special occasion memorable.

Everything was so perfect that there was nothing that we didn't like.

Le Meridien is a slice of paradise, and our recent stay in the Tranquility Suite made it even more special! First off, the location is simply out of this world. Nestled deep in nature, it’s a perfect escape from the hustle of daily life. The suite we stayed in was in Wing 26, the last one in that row, which gave us complete privacy. The view from our room was a serene jungle landscape, no other rooms in sight, just the soothing sound of a nearby stream. The suite itself was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to unwind and relax. Despite visiting during peak rainy season, the cleanliness of the resort was impeccable. Every area, from the room to the common spaces, was sparkling clean, which is no easy feat given the wet conditions outside. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the wonderful staff. Special shout-outs to: - Samaresh, Prativa Debnath, and the rest of the restaurant team (I’m sorry I forgot some names), who made every meal a delight. Chef Prem Singh is an absolute star—each dish from the dinner and breakfast spread was delicious and memorable. - Simmy did an amazing job decorating our room for my birthday. It added such a personal and thoughtful touch to the experience. - And finally, Jeetendra, who took us on a stream walk through the property. He’s not only an energetic and knowledgeable guide but also an incredible photographer! His enthusiasm is contagious, and I’d highly recommend him to anyone interested in a trek or a guided tour. Le Meridien is massive, with sprawling grounds, a private stream, and so much natural beauty to explore. Every staff member and every moment we spent there contributed to an amazing experience. I cannot wait to return!

There's nothing that I didn't like.

Excellent location, quite close to market. Very well maintained facility and clean all the time. The buggy facility makes life easier for transportation from the room to reception or restaurant. Beautiful forest around. Nice smell of flowers in the area (White Lily). Plenty of locations for photography. The staff is very well trained and supportive. I would like to mention name of Kapii Jana from Reception who was very much helpful and supportive on my arrival at the resort (I was not well upon arrival at the resort). He was kind enough to enquire about my health next day. Also Abhay from Latest Recipe was very much cordial when we used to have our breakfast and dinner.

Everything about the property is awesome. right from the time you are into the gate, the ambience is welcoming, pleasant and beautiful. staff is exceptionally helpful, courteous and responsive. ( all of them) ..best part is the layout of the property, they have maintained the natural trees and carved out the property. beautiful use of natural elevation and trees. they have lovely amenities, for elders and kids and a whole bunch of them, Food was exceptional.

Breakfast spread and quality was excellent, entire breakfast team and the manager were competent and friendly, particularly Yogesh, Pawan, Vishal, Samrudhhi and Hasnuhena were exceptionally good.

I didn’t see many guests walking in the natural surroundings of your resort, nearly all of them were taking buggy ride. Boards informing guests to prefer walking for good physical health and to get closer to nature for good mental health can be placed at some prominent points

The property is exceptional. It is in the middle of the forest, and the gardens and greenery around the rooms are excellent. The staff are amiable and attentive. It has a perfect spa, and the restaurants have good food.

The hotel feels a bit old. This reflects on the infinity pool and some parts of the room that could have better maintenance. Getting to the property may take time since the only way to do so is by car, and the road to get there is small and can have heavy traffic at times. But it's worth it once you get to the hotel.

The breakfast is excellent, and dinner is good. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. While the pool is a bit small, it offers a beautiful view. However, the Wi-Fi could be better as the internet is slow. Overall, a satisfying experience.

The property is beautifully designed and offers a stunning natural view. Surrounded by numerous trees, it provides a refreshing and rejuvenating atmosphere to brighten your day.

The food spread both during lunch and dinner was exceptional. The ingredients were absolutely fresh and pure. The food and snacks were delectable and finger licking good. Dinner at Woods was an altogether an extremely enjoyable and a special experience. The food and service was outstanding. My family including myself, had a great time and found it super relaxing and soothing.. The cheerful smile and the warmth of the staff made our stay even more memorable. Would like to thank profusely some of the hotel team members, that we came across and were found to be going out of their way to make our stay so thoroughly enjoyable. Shantanu the Director operations, Soumitra the Director F&B, Nitin the restaurant Manager were outstanding hosts who made us feel so much at home. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, the linen provided were fresh & clean. The natural surrounding was really very soothing and refreshing.

A few more interesting short hikes through natural forest areas would have been welcome. The natures trail presently done could be better.
