Location of property is very suitable to go anywhere, if you want to go any point that is near ,market near everything reachable.

Matheran Whol system I didn't like , everything is monopoly . Everyone is trying to loot you I.e horse vala, rick vala,etc ... there is noting to see in matheran every point is same no need to use your money in every point.

Our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable! The location is excellent, just a short distance from the Matheran railway, making it very convenient for travelers. All major sightseeing points are easily accessible, and many can be reached on foot, which adds to the charm of exploring the area. The breakfast and food were outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options available to suit different tastes. Every meal was well-prepared and flavorful, making our dining experience delightful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff was extremely kind, humble, and always ready to assist with any request. Their hospitality truly made a difference in our experience. The swimming pool was large and well-maintained, with a separate children's pool, ensuring a great time for both adults and kids. The garden area was beautifully kept, with swings and slides in perfect working condition, making it a great place for families to relax and enjoy. As obviously Monkey but that is nature. Also please provide some hanging in washrooms.

Ambience, location etc. Food especially all the items in breakfast, lunch and dinner were awesome

Walls in 501 were soggy near the ac. No intercom was there. Was kept only after reminder. Tariff charged was very high maybe due to festive season but it was very very high

Water flowing continuously from flush tank because of flush button was not operating and we could not stop the flowing water. Because of this lot of water was getting waste

The property is near the market. Very clean property with good ambience. All Staffs are courteous. Food is awesome. It is a pure veg resort. There is a game room with a variety of games for kids as well as for adults.

The electric kettle with tea & coffee was not in the room. No wifi at the resort.

Nice Interior and cozy atmosphere, prompt and diligent service. Sumptuous breakfast. Greenary and cleanliness maintained aptly.

Fixtures and fittings are a bit old. AC was making noise as it's quite obsolete.

Swimming pool is not very clean and the time is only 10 to 7 which is not enough.There’s no kettle in the room.Bathroom having dirty smell.

The resort is in close proximity to the market. It's on the way of most of the points to see in Matheran. Rooms are very spacious with a huge Balcony.
