Great location. Huge rooms, decent room service options, easy parking, clean hotel, responsive staff, rooms have good air conditioning. bathrooms are well maintained and clean.

the beds are really uncomfortable. This was my second stay and both times I found the quality of the mattress and pillows to be quite bad. a good night's sleep is critical while travelling so in that aspect i was disappointed.

The property was located just across my flat in Sector 2, Kharghar … I had to get my flat thoroughly cleaned by professional cleaners, & also get the flat fumigated & renovated, as I am arrived in India, after nearly three year post Covid - 19 … The property in totality, is appealing & has a very pleasant, welcome, homely atmosphere …

As a senior citizen I have the following suggestion to offer : 1. The shower is bang under you when you approach to press the shower lever near the tap, thus you are an unfortunate victim to a flood of cold water pouring from the shower above you … 2. It is uncomfortable to rest back on the English toilet seat to read something, as the design at the rear is protruding, & harms your back … 3. The curtains needs to be set right, as they do not close gracefully … Honestly, these are insignificant suggestions perhaps, but I must admit without reservations I very much enjoyed my stay at your hotel - thank you all to go out of your way to make me feel at home in every possible way …

The ambience, beautiful natural surroundings, exceptional ayurvedic treatments and an excellent team of back to roots who treated us like family. They welcomed my pet dog leo and made our stay memorable in every aspect .Thank you !

Clean and hygienic. This was very important for us as my wife is unwell. Food was also very good and clean.
