The hotel is very comfortable. Premises clean and spanning. Staff very helpful. Special mention of the restaurant West staff Shubham and Sagar. Front desk- Purnima specially efficient and very customer centric. The restaurant managers al excellent. Overall a good experience. Regards Ajit.

A suggestion - In room dining food quality could be enhanced by reviewing the ready-to-serve food before reaching customer. Sometimes the quality of same dish varies based on the time of the day. Also salads etc... clean good pieces of vegetables can be used instead of a local salad look.

recently had the pleasure of staying at Park Navi Mumbai, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern décor and a relaxing ambiance. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy! Overall, my experience at Park Navi Mumbai was exceptional, and I look forward to returning in the future! The highlight of this Stay for me was the Reception Staff & their Manager, they were very precise & courteous in all Aspects, Their manager made sure that all my requests were well taken care of and even provided a comp upgrade as well as a discount on hotel facilities.

The location is fantastic with no negative remarks for any kind from the hotel to the staff, all the services were impeccable.

The reception team is very courteous, a quick pointer as0 for an upgrade & they will make sure to give u a good room with a pretty view on the hillside.

Buffet breakfast was extensive , with lots of vegetarian options spread across multiple cuisines. The breakfast menu changed regularly during our 4 nights stay. Staff was super friendly and highly accommodating. Rooms are spacious and chic. Bed is quite comfy. Centrally located in a quaint neighborhood, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Bengaluru expressway is a few minutes' drive, so the place is best suited for traveling to Imagicaa amusement park, Khopoli, and to Lonavala. In all a great stay

I had an amazing time in The Park. The hotel was very well located, and the employees were really helpful. It's worth mentioning the folks from the front desk, Nandini & Kaushal, who assisted me with all my needs during the stay. The food there was also great, as was the room, which was really cozy. I definitely recommend the hotel..

The stay was comfortable, the stay was nice, and had a healthy environment. The staff was also polite. the people at the Reception were the ones I talked about regarding the stay and they helped a lot when we got there. This place was easily accessible for us from the Mumbai-Satara highway so getting here was also not a big issue.

Stay was good, everyone at the reception was very helpful n supportive. Reception guys Jitesh, Advait, Nandini were a great help starting from the room, car n few more things. Overall the staff is excellent, food is good, they gv u a comp upgrade as well 👍👍

stay was absolutely amazing, with great staff quick check-in and check-out, spacious room and a complimentary upgrade is always the best when it's least expected. The staff is very courteous, and it is visible that they have been trained well.

I was impressed by this hotel because the rooms were very nice, clean, plenty of bottled water, etc. The staff were very helpful in resolving my issues and checkin and checkout were quick. I really liked the breakfast buffet as well. There was a nightclub in the same building as the hotel which was quite popular. It was easy to get Uber straight to the hotel entrance. Wi-Fi worked well.

Mosquitoes flying around the lobby. Yuck. The location is in New Mumbai, so it’s not in the heart of the city. Nothing really is within walking distance but the Uber can take you to the center of New Mumbai in a few minutes. Old Mumbai is about 30-60 minutes away depending on traffic.

Courteous & Polite staff, good in all aspects, the stay was nice, rooms were also good. Shout out to Ritesh at Reception, Sonal, and Rahul at the restaurant for making my stay worth it. There are lots of places in the hotel to hang out......
