Staff very courteous & client orientated. During check in, a bellhop offered me a bottle of water. I discovered some mould on the wall paper, false ceiling of bathroom not properly assembled, dirt on door behind bathroom, so I sent the photos to the front counter. I was offered to change room, but could not be bothered, for I am a back packer, my expectation is not that high. I only expected the staff to fix the problem after I had checked out. The houskeeping manager arrived with his staff & fix all the problems for me. He personally wiped off the mould on the wall paper. They also sent me a fruit basket as a sign of goodwill. I was very impressed with their standard of service. The slight defect in the room was more than covered by the hospitality of the hotel staff. I am very impressed.

The hotel is at the great location. However if anyone is coming there as tourist then I want them to know that there's not any tourist spots near by. You'll have to go to the town side. The breakfast and the staff was good. The food is amazing there. However i feel the staff can be more professional with their body languages, while dealing with people. It's not enough to speak in a formal manner but to act also. A person's body language says alot.

They gave me the room which was not clean deeply. By saying this, I mean, dust was all over the furnitures. However after complaining, they changed the room. But still it was same and slightly better. I really expect my room to be ready before the check-in time. Or if I have requested for early check-in, which I did. The given room felt like, it was closed for months. Which was not expected at all.

It’s a good place to stay for couple of days. Bit confusing to find your room because the way hotel’s interior is built. Staff are very friendly specially the night staff and the manager. Breakfast is up to notch. Location is plus point. Being a foreigner you can walk around and can find lots of bars and restaurants. would stay here again.

Confusing to find room and WIFI

This place is decent and the staff were really nice, and so helpful. The food is better than most hotel cardboard I've had in the past, so that really made my stay, and made up for any tiny little detail. My first night was in a double room because the queen wasn't available with the hotel being booked out. I arrived close to midnight, so I was just happy to have somewhere to lie down. Then, in the morning, everything was prepared and I was moved to the other room. This was great because they made me feel welcome and everything was done with a smile.

Tbh, there isn't much. There were just a few tiny details, which if I even mentioned would make me a complete Karen.

Friendly staff and hotel is near all amenities and shops. Everyone could not have helped us anymore than they did, no request was too small and they were always happy to help!

It can be noisy at the weekend but then you are located in the middle of the nightlife so it is expected for where it is

Hotel is new with good choice of furnishing and spankingly clean . Also it is in a locality which has lot of corporates and restaurants . Hotel staff are very courteous and enthusiastic to serve you. Restaurant is clean and well furnished and food is awesome although choice of menu is limited. Hotel management , especially Vishal Kohli , is very sensitive and responsive to your needs . Overall a very good experience of staying here for the weekend . Recommended for business and leisure travellers .

Some disturbance due to noisy pubs / discos in the neighbourhood . Sound proofing should be improved . Rooms and corridors are slightly smaller ( cramped ) than they should be . Since hotel has no parking space of their own , at least valet parking services should be provided to guests .

I love the location of the hotel. It was near to shops, bars, the train station. The staff were awesome, from the front desk, bell personnel, housekeeping, hotel restaurant personnel. The room was squeaky clean, bed was very comfortable, so nice and relaxing. The lighting, decors were bright and very mood uplifting.

Very clean rooms and washrooms. Room size was just enough for a comfortable stay. Adjacent to many restaurants, D-Mart and many shops, Auto stand. Breakfast was excellent.

Stay was superb. Overall service was good. And Mr. Saroj Kumar is a very helpfull guy.
