Very polite from desk no hassle in check in, room was ready and clean, homely atmosphere, good food. Tea is little bit costly.

As already stated hassle free check in better than several star hotels, treat the guest with welcome , All the best to Hotel front desk and restaurant,room service staff

the food was delicious and the service was good. the serving staff was polite and helpful. the room was specious and fulfilled basic requirements.

the condition of the common corridors and the room doors were very poor. the door locks were broken. overall cleanliness in the hotel was not upto the mark.

At recepation area thay took small birds in the cage it's very bed the birds are flaying open the sky so why thay took in small cage so pl my request that remove birds from cage

That was the nightmare in the history of my traveling. They didn’t allowed my booking & simply thrown me away from the reception saying go & fight with Booking.com. They said they don’t have availability
