It was excellent. As I was staying for a long time (more than a week) I got a higher floor. Which was excellent. I have many allergies so I had many does and don'ts for various things. The room, the food. All was taken care of by the staff. My food would be specially prepared for me without an extra charge. In short, I got the taste of Mumbai not having to worry about the side effects! The facilities were great too. The free Laundromat service was helpful and easy to use. Loved the spa and the complimentary ride with it!

Loved the stay at the property . Specially in rainy season this property is no less then any out if Mumbai destination . The food here was amazing r buffet dinner was at lake side at west inn and the spread was too good n lavish keeping in mind every cuisine globally . Kids choice was also good enough as I had 4 year kid with me . Staff of both hotels was very helpful n courteous . The breakfast spread at Mariott residence was very well specially the muffins sections was so nice my daughter hogged in it totally we even took some for take away the types of danish , donuts and breads where prefect and fresh . Even the live counter any thing u ask was prepared n given like omelette etc. they activities like key chain making and pot painting for kids during hi tea on weekends. Poolside was well maintained and the garden area there was big clean and nice. We had fun as family getogether . It was my Bother in laws birthday so we had requested to decorate his room they decorated very nicely with balloons and place a nice chocolate cake which was complimentary making r stay more pleasant and him surprised fully😍. As per the apartment style I liked the kitchen set up made Maggie on the electric gas late night n enjoyed it rainy night. Also on our request they indulged us into little late check out. Over all it was lovely u forgetful experience at Mariott. F.0 manager Deepti was very helpful . Even 2 head captains of the restaurants where very attentive to each need consider we had kid with us. Will definetly like to visit again. Until then Mariottbonvoy

Loved the location. The apartment was not ready even though I reached at 4pm. Had to wait half hour more but the staff upgraded me to a lakeside facing apartment which compensated for the inconvenience.. Had breakfast at Westin next door which was also lovely. All in all a great experience.

Did not like the fact that the restaurant / breakfast area is just behind the lobby.. thereby the lobby keeps smelling of food which is not a pleasant welcome fragrance to enter a luxurious lobby of something so nice.

Therapeutic environment. Healthy food with various choices. Very humble and welcoming staff team. From all levels of staff members the director of residence Mr Nishant very down to earth person who ensured that our stay was comfortable not just once but various times during our two weeks stay. The manager Mr Sameer ensured that we had the room as per our preference. The Guest Relations Executive Ms Jasleen Kaur ensured that we are happy with all the services. Also went out of way to celebrate our special day during the stay by involving other team members who were similarly very supportive and caring including Chef Ravi who many of the time was very helpful and caring in terms of providing some food that was specially cooked for us! Also his team members Sawrav, Vikrant, Anil and most of others who ensured that we get food served although it was buffet breakfast. All customer service officers including Yush and Shirish always ensured that whatever extra requirements we had they were provided with respect and dignity. Overall the whole experience was very overwhelming. Regular and effective cleaning services by polite and hardworking staff team. Spa was wonderful experience too. Outdoor environment was so pleasant and meeting our needs including nice walking around two properties! I would highly recommend this place

Had asked my father's 85th birthday to be made special, but Lakeside Chalet made it ultra special. Gave us a wonderful upgrade, connecting rooms and one apartment had balloons and a cake -- truly lovely. Special shoutout to the sweet staff and attentive, wonderful manager Lionel De Noronha. Amazing for family celebrations. Celebrated my mother's 70th birthday five years ago here and my dad's 85th this year. High tea was a great spread and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Exceptional service and food.

Wish we had spent an extra day. No other regret.

Breakfast was excellent especially at the Westin. Huge spread , great variety. Staff was great. I went wit my parents got an upgrade. We stayed for 4 days and the stay was comfortable. The 2 bedroom suite is excellent, spacious, great kitchen facilities etc.

The walls and carpets are old. The walls were cracking in the corridor. If this is fixed then it will really give a 5 star feel.

Excellent service from all the staff especially the reception area. Managers extremely proactive with the staff which is very much appreciated and admired ... that's probably why the Staff are so good! The Hotel itself is having a make-over but it's in a great position only 30 minutes or so from the airport and it's a lovely location. Food was very good indeed! Rooms are spacious and nicely set out. Really enjoyed the stay and looking forward to returning.

Desperately needs a make-over but understand this is being done!

Our 2 bed apartment was absolutely spot on with ample space and all the amenities we could possibly require. The staff were incredibly helpful and looked after us incredibly well. We especially enjoyed the array of delicious treats which were always replenished for us. The location at Powai Lake is great too and you feel like you are completely secluded away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very safe, secure and a place where I would happily book again.

This stay of 14 days exceeded our expectations, everything was smooth from the check in, staff(everyone included from front desk to housekeeping and the crimson kitchen team, apologies if I couldn't list/ remember all of your names but you were all great), breakfast at Marriot, room service ordering, fantastic assistance with our queries, dinner at westin and airport arrangements. The team was kind, helpful and attentive, thank you so much you made our stay (as we were there on medical grounds) safe, comfortable and enjoyable. We also love animals and we found it wonderful that your hotel accepts pets and were pleasantly surprised you treated them also as guests.

It's not that we didn't like it, but a suggestion to have maybe some activities such as sharing the Indian culture ( Indian dance) or karaoke. Not sure if this is possible, there is the Powai lake that could be explored for a short cut /ferry as a short cut to the traffic?

Staff were amazing. There was a lot of different faces everyday day but all were equally willing to help and facilitate guest needs.

Being very picky, the second bedroom air-con was working but ineffective in cooling the room. So had to leave door open to allow living space air-con to cool both spaces.
