Zostel Mumbai is a fantastic place for backpackers and solo travelers, offering a vibrant atmosphere, clean and comfortable dorms, and a great location. The staff is friendly, the common areas are perfect for socializing, and the overall vibe makes it an ideal stay for exploring the city.

While Zostel Mumbai has a great vibe, the Friendzone area was not clean and lacked proper maintenance. The food was a bit overpriced and could be more budget-friendly. It would be great if they provided free towels and at least one complimentary water bottle for guests.

Zostel Mumbai is the most comfortable, value for money with lot of options available in the rooms. Location is perfect close to airport, metro station & public transports are easily available. Cafeteria food is descent & not that expensive, but you also have infinite restaurants to order in. I've always preferred AC Deluxe room - quite comfy, got mini fridge, tv, wardrobe, bathroom with toiletries etc. Front desk staff is amazing, friendly & always happy to help (even at 3 am). Check-in process is very fast which I like compared to other hostel/hotels.

It's situated not far from the airport, so if you have only 1 night to sleep it's a great place. Very nice staff. They organise some events.

It's very far from the centre, so to get to the main sights you need to spend more than 1 hour. The person at the reception gave me a towel for 200 rup and said that this is 100% refundable, but when I returned a towel, he said that I need to pay 100 rup for rent, and he can return only 100 rup.

Just the bathroom was a bit small.

All the facilities are excellent. Would love if there would be weekly or monthly packages for the stay so staying for long period would be more smoother rather than to look and do booking for all the weeks differently everytime.

The cafeteria is Veg and Non-veg mix so would have loved if there would have been seperate veg cafeteria inside. Rest all is good but just food thing is what is reason of not giving 10/10 rating. Rest Zostel is completely awesome

Amazing people to hangout with.

Staff unfriendly nature and rude behavior. They tend to make friends which is normal but trouble starts when they take sides. Most tourist have a opinion that they dont get any answers from staff when they inquire about recommendations. Staff needs to undergo customer service training.

The room was very spacious, Clean, and had the amenities we needed.Breakfast was delicious.The people at reception were very helpful, not just on Check in and Check out, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great near to airport.Shazeeb help me with payment when I was stuck.

Bed was comfortable staff was personable

when asked about first time tourists they couldst help, they didnt know how a non indian (as in no indian number or bank account) could get some basic things didnt know where money could be exchanged, nor had any recommendations that werent go to the mall. Also it is far from most things and hard to get to by public transport. That being said they were polite and wanted to be helpful

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff Siddhesh,Neha,harshit and Srikanth are amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

Reception is open 24 hours. You can also have food in the cafeteria- breakfast, lunch, dinner. Area is quiet, lots of travellers you can make friends with)) Hot water, fridge, kettle, towels, toiletries in a private room.
