A 5-Star Experience We arrived late at night. The hotel sent a car to pick us up. It was on time and spacious. At the hotel, people greeted us warmly, held the door for us and carried whatever bags we had, whether we came from the airport or a shopping spree. Our booking included 2 meals, breakfast and dinner/lunch. The buffet was generous and freshly made. Some food, such as pancakes, eggs, chicken tikka, naan bread were made on the spot. Everyone, especially Lokesh and Marshal, were attentive and constantly checked on us and made us feel welcomed. Our rooms were cleaned everyday. We had a couple of bottles of water waiting for us. House Keeping also dropped by a second time just incase we needed anything else, such as extra tissue boxes. A special thank you to Kevin who helped us in making our stay extra comfortable with the late check-out! It was important to me that my mother was comfortable before our trip. It was a lovely experience, thank you.

Everything! What's not to like. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! It is clean, well-maintained and well-equipped for any traveler! The staff are an absolute delight, so kind and so helpful. The check-in was smooth and they even assisted us with early check-in as our international flights were delayed. Everyone is polite, they always greet and are ready to assist with whatever you need, whenever you need it. Doors are always opened for you and the security staff are very respectful when doing body checks. The breakfast was MIND-BLOWING!! So delicious, and so much variety, we just could not get enough of the dosas! The staff are readily available and pay close attention-to-detail to tables. Also the Jumavar is a wonderful restaurant for indian fine-dining! The rooms are clean, neat and spacious. The beds are super comfy and there is even a pillow menu for those of us with bad necks! The bathrooms are well-equipped and have everything you could possibly need. Housekeeping is very thorough and extremely sweet, they are ready to assist with any concerns or needs.

The communication prior to our stay was a bit disappointing as we wanted to book an airport transfer with the hotel but did not get timeous responses which could be due to the time difference or the fact that we were dealing with a different person each time we emailed so maybe there was miscommunication.

Amazing location! Just 1 stop away from the Mumbai International airport (CSMIA T2) with the brand new underground metro (M3). OR just a couple of stops more with the M3 to the CSMIA T1 (domestic) terminal. Super convienent! The staff at the Leela Mumbai are simply the best! They deserve a big thanks, for doing such a great job, and making us feel so at home! Especially Marshall at Citrus .. he made our dinners and breakfasts so fantastic, with such super awesome attention to detail! And the dinner + breakfast buffets were overwhelmingly tasty and bountiful! :) The pool was of a superb quality as well. We've stayed really quite often at this hotel .. and will continue to do so.

I have stayed at Leela many times. This time it was riddled with some very unfamiliar behaviour of the staff. Being very attentive to the male groups at breakfast time and not even asking if I wanted tea. I book the Royal Club Room. issues with room service. Airport pick up and so many other problems. Spoke with managers.I was offered a staggering £15 or so off ( which was my last room service bill) I mean, how cheap are you as a brand. Anyway, after been a loyal customer since 2015 I decided not to stay or recommend the hotel. My brother in law travelled in March after me. He booked Leela too upon my recommendation but swiftly cancelled and stayed at The Marriot. Every issue was logged and I spoke to managers and breakfast manager and what not. Looks like its no point. It was a terribly embarrassing stay. I travel twice a year to India. I would not choose Leela again. 10 years and you left it like this. Nobody cared for my complaints or concerns. No loyalty to customers.

see above. There was nothing to like on this occasion so filled the space above with my complaint that I don't even want to talk about anymore as nobody cared in person. What difference does it make now to even discuss it. Exhausted me the whole drama of a stay. Some staff need training that all customers are paying, the big groups of corporate clients are not paying. Their company pays so stop chasing them, they would not stay at Leela from their own pockets like I do!! or DID as I won't be coming back and neither will any of my family members. It is now May and I stayed in March. I didn't want to write a complaint but you keep emailing me for a review. Here is my review that you will not read nor publish!

Bed and room was very comfortable and i slept well, and the hotel is exceptional. Its very close to the airport and in its own place behind big gates for security.

when i asked for a salad in the restaurant was disspointed that i received a bowl of lettuce. However when i addressed this was told i needed to ask for what i wanted in a salad. A salad is a basic requirement and i shouldnt really have to ask that at a five star hotel. In addition, although its about 33 degrees in Mumbai i would have thought the pool would have been a little warmer than what it was, so i could not use it.

Perfect location if you are looking for convenient Airport commute but even otherwise a great place. Rooms and lobby areas are stylish as well as traditional. Room is spacious with great views and sound proof. Spa treatment was amazing and treatment rooms had a calm and relaxing vibe. Jobani at Spa gave the best experience and was attentive. Breakfast and dinner was really good. Outdoor pool looked great as well, though I couldn’t use it. Staff was very courteous all time. Overall checkin/checkout was smooth.

Nothing really to dislike. Perhaps more variety can be added to dinner and breakfast. Somethings were not clear on day one about the live counter services. But it went well next day.

We had the most amazing stay at the Leela Mumbai. What a fabuluous location .. literally a short hop from the Mumbai T2 terminal with the brand new underground metro M3/Aqua. Or one can have a very comfy airport pickup arranged by the hotel's luxurious cars, for less than €15! Plus, even though it is so close to the airport, due to the immense greenery of the property and the orientation of the runways w.r.t. the hotel property .. one rarely heard or saw any planes. Amazing! Right from the moment we walked in, we knew we were gonna have a great time! Deepti Ma'am at check-in was super wonderful .. everything got done so quickly, efficiently and in such a friendly manner! Even though we were an hour or so before their regular check-in time, they had rooms waiting for us! The room was fantastic. After a long-haul flight, it felt like being in heaven. We slept like babies .. such great quality beds! Awesome! We really enjoyed the 2-for-1 cocktails for Happy Hour at the fountain outside. Shailendra took great care to ensure that we were comfortable and that every one of us had a great time! The drinks were a little bit too strong for our tastes tbh but still .. we left the outer bar area with huge smiles on our faces! 😊 Then, onto the (prepaid in the room price) buffet .. which was outstanding! The Leela really has a humungous buffet .. at which everyone will def. find something amazing to dig into! We loved the attention and care we got from Marshal .. he made sure that every little desire of ours was totally fulfilled! At the same buffet place again for breakfast, Marshal did a great job!! A huge thanks to all the staff at the Leela Mumbai .. we loved it so much that we have booked more nights after xmas to be here again! We shall def. repeat staying at this lovely hotel .. esp. on our 1st night into and last night out of India, given how super-duper convenient it is to get to/from T2 from this hotel.

Right from the start when you get out of your taxi you are greeted with a warm welcome. Your host at the desk books you into your room swiftly. Luckily we could check in early. Up to our room we went and there it was a pool side view with an amazing large bed and the best shower you could ask for. We booked half board. Amazing breakfast and dinner. Loads of choices. Eggs benedict, pancakes waffles made to order as well as the Indian speciality of cuisine. I have to say the lounge was the most eye catching of all and through the doors you exit to the pool which also had an amazing barbecue restaurant. The whole experience was amazing and the hotel is located right near the Metro which is easy commute to get around Mumbai.
