My 1st stay in this Property of Regent & was really very very special because my mother accompanied me . The review is to remove the misconception of many people trying to book & not to book . So for me the stay & Experience was wonderful & I wish to share the reasons . Though it was like a Transit checkin for few hrs as we wanted to stay in a property near the international airport , Luckily I found this Hotel . The hospitality , Service , Standards are excellent. My special mention goes to Rampras & Sébastien in front office , Rajiv in Restaurent . Each one of them gave their High end Hospitality . The lobby is beautiful & the Property has marble flooring & not vitrified especially what I observed in staircase & corridor. The taste & Quality of food is nice & Price is reasonable consdering the fine dining aspect . They have space for Parking also in case you are coming by your own vehicle . The building looks very shabby from outside so you might not even notice it but inside it's a true masterpiece The breakfast buffet is limited but it's nice The Sanitary fitting & the room are little old but for the price & standards what they are giving its highly justified . In Mumbai you dont get such quality rooms with a loving service at this Price. So go ahead friends if you are looking for below aspects to book a room in this Hotel * International Airport is just 2 kms from this place , So this is a best place for early morning flight ✈️ * Fine dining at its best . If you are looking for food with good Hospitality then this is a good place . Looking for a stay with a Parking facility ,then it's a good place The hotel has good number of shops for things like stationary, Tea ,fruits so it's helpful. Staff was amazing, polite, professional. Food at the restaurant was exceptionally tasty, for low prices. Room was exceptionally comfy,cozy,clean, dove shower products in the bathroom, super AC and tv, table n mirrors in our room for comfort. Amazing hotel, highly recommended. This hotel deserves 5 star not just 3, i will definitely return here. The price for the room was like a dream too,similar quality hotel rooms usually come for double price.

I loved everything

I stayed at the Regent Hotel for two nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was very responsive whenever I needed anything. The overall experience was solid and met my expectations. I’d definitely consider staying here again for its convenience and quality service.

Breakfast was very good and tasty and every day was different menu served. Overall very nice ambience and service was good and we have no complaint with any body over there.

In breakfast little more items in menu could be added and juices also could be more.

The staff is friendly cooperative, the rooms are clean. the stay is pleasant and satisfied.

The water is extremely hot or not warm at all, mixing the hot and cool water to get desired temperature isn't available in the bathroom.

Excellent hotel close to the airport. Great staff, really nice room with a super, comfy bed and good enough choice for breakfast. For the price, this hotel gives excellent value and would def stay again when I next visit Mumbai.

Regent Hotel is a great property, and i was so amazed at the way it is kept. So neat and tidy! Comfy lobby, excellent dining, warm reception staff, neat and well kept rooms and bathroom. Hats off to the management and team for exceeding my expectations during my one day stay at your property.

Spacious rooms, amenities, cleanliness and best of everything...very courteous staff. The rooms have all the facilities that you normally expect from a good corporate-budgeted hotel. The location is very strategic and hence convenient.

After making the reservation, getting confirmation on special requests was difficult. None of their listed telephone numbers got answered. I had to escalate via Booking.com to secure confirmations.
