The staff were always super helpful and attentive, sorted out taxis and an extra half day stay for me with courtesy. I liked the food - room service was what I had for most of my stay, barring breakfast. I had a fresh egg white omelette for breakfast and some potatoes - if you want something non-Indian, you may struggle but there was fruit. My room was clean and comfortable - not awesome but perfectly OK with the bonus of a kettle and mugs!

Ooh, the swimming pool. A plastic tank dropped into an upper floor which looked tempting in the pics but in reality was a rather abandoned looking thing, complete with pigeon feathers. There is a temporary style of shelter above the pool - bamboo poles and a tarp - the pigeons roosted on there so I decided not to risk a dip in the murky waters.

This is a great budget hotel with the room quality equal to that of bigger hotel like Marriot, but at a more affordable price point. The premise of the hotel is also very beautiful and my room had a great view. I was also provided an early check in. It's a 15-20 minute drive from the T2 and close to several cafes and other food places. The morning breakfast is also pretty good. All in all a comfortable stay. This will be my hotel choice going forward for all my mumbai travel.

I was staying for only one day so it wan't important but - Hot water takes a long time to start. - The phone in the room was dead so couldn't dial the service desk or order room service - Television in the room wouldn't connect to any of the apps.

The Staff and their service was too good, from reception to Security to Housekeeping. Ms. Pritika from reception has been Very Humble, Kind and Helpful. I would love to travel and stay again at T24 Residency.

Rooftop Restaurant / In room dinning closes early.

The friendliness of the staff, nothing was too much trouble.

There was quite alot of noise from other guests when leaving their rooms , the doors too were very noisy when closing.

It’s was perfect for me location wise. And very peaceful and quiet.

The bathroom shower area was not very clean. And My shower was broken.

A very comfortable hotel with a small rooftop pool that was very welcome to us after our flight from Goa. We used the hotel very much as a transit hotel before our next flight from Mumbai international airport at 02:30 the morning after our arrival. Had lunch in the restaurant and found the food to be very good.

Nothing to dislike

In the bustling neighborhood of Marol, this home is a hidden gem. It is the perfect place to stay for short layovers or visits in the heart of suburban Mumbai because it is only a 5-minute walk from the Airport Road Metro Station and the Andheri Kurla Road and a 10-minute ride from Terminal 2 of the international airport. The hotel staff was more than happy to help me. As there were no available rooms at the time of check-in, Mr. Soheb made me feel comfortable. I then quickly had lunch at the terrace bar/cafe. And at 3 a.m., Mr. Anslim quickly assisted me in checking out while smiling. The room was very comfortable and had all the necessities. They even allowed me to order food from an outside restaurant. Absolutely, I would return and stay here.

A fee of 50 rupees was charged for the dinner plate and spoon I requested to the room service, I did not understand the concept of renting out the cutlery or crockery to the inhouse guests.

stayed either family for a night to catch our early morning flight. Rooms are neat and clean, good centralised AC , no problem at all in checking and check out , ola , uber and autos are available 24 hours easily , its very close to T2 terminal for international departure.Staff is available 24 hours for any help required

Perfect budget stay for airport transit. 15 min walk from T2 Mumbai airport. Roof toop restaurant ambience is excellent. I forgot my watch and room service made sure I did not forget it.

The TV in the room was flickering a lot (room 306), but that is very minor.
