The hotel is in line with its class, very modern, Western style and as soon as you enter the lobby, you are greeted by helpful staff. Although we arrived earlier than check-in time, we were given a room quite quickly, they even took us to show us if it was suitable for us. Since we were together with a teenage child, an extra bed was set up. The service is at a high level, all the staff are helpful, room service kept asking if anything was missing, and brought us bottled water. The ventilation in the room works well, the air in the room is pleasantly dry, you don't feel the humidity from outside. There is carpet in the room, so it's cozy. Everything is very clean, there are no smells from either the bedding or artificial fragrances in the corridors. There is a small but good pool on the 11th floor, towels are provided. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, helpful waiters, and dishes are prepared to order for breakfast.

Although the internet is fast and works well throughout the hotel, there is a limit to the number of devices that can be connected in one room. We were three people, so we could only connect three devices (phones or computers). Breakfast is included in the room price, but compared to other hotels of the same level, the choice could be more diverse. In addition, when booking through Booking.com, there was no option to book a room with half-board, which would be much more convenient. Ordering dinner upon arrival is far too expensive, as it costs 2500 rupees plus taxes. It is also expensive to order the hotel's taxi services, but this is probably the same as in other hotels.

The whole experience from booking, check in and room and food were excellent. I have to say what wonderful hardworking staff with our 2 days stay. From the Reception desk. Khushboo, GitaAngeli and desk staff were excellent. They stayed calm and were most helpful at every request. From the bar area, Herendra looked after us with food, drinks and went well beyond what was asked of him. We were so impressed with the hardworking breakfast staff with whom I can honestly say the choices of vegetarian options for me were just fantastic and service at the top level. The room service allocation team led by Gaurav and Aartik were fabulous in making our stay so wonderful. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

Sitting near the main doors near the bar, although a lovely cosy place to have food and drinks, but the mosquitoes got me!

We stayed one night only as wanted a hotel close to Mumbai international airport. The room was smashing and the staff were welcoming and attentive. Comfortable bed, very clean room and bathroom, small problem with the TV which an engineer fixed within 10 minutes of reporting the issue. Room service very good and dining room staff very knowledgeable and attentive. We enjoyed our dinner in the ground floor restaurant .

Cocktails were not well made. More training for bar staff in this area would be a suggestion. Or don’t offer cocktails unless the bar staff have better capability in this area. There is a restaurant on the first floor but the a la carte food offer is exactly the same as the main ground floor restaurant. More customers might visit the first floor restaurant if the food offer was different.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We were in Mumbai for Coldplay concert and thankfully Radisson was one of the few that finally honored our reservation and didn't back out. They made our entire stay stress-free. Room service was good. The room was spacious and clean. They set up extra bed in our room for our friend. Breakfast buffet was good. Location was good, close to the airport and not very far from Bandra/Juhu beach.

Nothing much, everything was good. Ordered hot chocolate late at night and was excited to receive it. But it turned out to be more like just Bournvita and not authentic hot chocolate. 😅 Not worth the price at all.

Friendly staff, good location, pool. Easy to use the hotel pool until going to the airport, 5 stars for the PERPETUAL receptionist, friendly, competent, always ready to help with any difficulty, a big thank you

The pool's background music is horrible, repetitive, it sounds like a soundtrack from a horror movie, there are few, there are six umbrellas at the pool for so many guests, pool staff constantly on the phone, little attention to customers, tables need to be cleaned when customers leave the place, their priority is to be on THEIR CELL PHONE!

The property was close to the airport and quite central to shopping and restaurants and night life. The Spa and pool facilities were great.

Very convenient for business travelers or those wanting a short stay. Didn’t have any complaints - the staff were very accommodating with the requests. Room I had faced the main road so not a particular nice view - but that’s to be expected :). Radisson is a sustainability hotel and I would appreciate if they switched to glass bottles instead of the various plastic drinking bottles in the room.

We had a 2 night stopover at Mumbai on our way to Agra. We selected this Radisson hotel being close to the airport and SJ Studios for a Bollywood tour. Location is perfect for these things as the traffic is often heavy at the junctions around this area and although only a short distance away it takes extra time to get anywhere. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. We had a great experience on arrival at reception and the suite room was spacious and clean, with wonderful views over towards the airport. The room was ideal size for 3 adults as we were travelling together and needed an extra bed. Fiona restaurant breakfasts were very good, plenty of food options. Also, the buffet dinner and a la carte menu food was good selection to stay at hotel. The rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing and views, and the adjacent steam room and sauna were an added bonus to our experience. We are pleased we arranged for the hotel airport transfer driver for pick up and drop off who offered a convenient and friendly service.

We were very happy with our stay…note if you want views you’ll get some noise from local construction so be prepared or select another room.

I was immediately impressed with the hotel’s beautiful interior. From the moment I stepped out of the car, I was welcomed by a warm and kind valet service. The reception staff were equally kind and respectful, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. My room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and whenever I requested housekeeping, they arrived promptly and were happy to help. The rooftop pool was a highlight, with its perfect chilled temperature and stunning city skyline views. Room service was also exceptional, with fabulously kind staff who made the stay even more enjoyable.

The room was quite noisy because it was situated right next to the lift, which made it hard to relax. Unfortunately, there was no view from the room, and despite requesting a supersized bed, I was given a double made up of two single beds. The path to the pool and gym was also confusing; exiting the lift leads straight into a hall that was in use during my stay. It felt awkward navigating through dressed-up guests in suits while I was casually in my pajamas.

Beautiful hotel, lovely entrance, gardens, rooftop infinity pool with 360 views over Mumbai was brilliant. Staff were delightful and even upgraded our room free of charge which was a lovely treat! Breakfast was a sensation, and though we didn't end up having it, the evening buffet looked to die for!

Because we were all getting early flights back to London the next day, our whole group of 8 decided to play it safe with dinner and order western food (burgers, pasta, pizza etc) instead of the Indian buffet (which looked amazing) - not because we didn't trust the food, but we just knew how our stomaches would be processing another curry early in the morning, haha. But unfortunately the western dishes were pretty disappointing - very small burgers, a lot of missing ingredients and the quality seemed like it had all been taken from frozen / ready meals - plastic cheese etc. So we were all a bit disappointed with that as it's a 5star hotel and our final night, we thought it would be much better. But as I say, the Indian buffet looked brilliant and we just wish we'd chosen that instead.

The check in was warm and friendly all thanks to Sunjay and the other gentlemen. Even though I had forgotten my wallet, they even helped me arrange change for my taxi ride. a big shout out to the IRD Head, I appreciate he came personally to enquire about my current experience and inform me that my feedback wasn't in vain and I agree they have improved their response time much greater now. I was also assured of their quality standards. The food was nice, the drinks were good. 10/10 for IRD for sure. Breakfast was decent and had some incite full talks with Dharmendra the Asst manager if my memory services me right. Housing staff did an amazing job as usual its one of the reasons why I keep coming back, I trust the HK standards of Radisson Blu. And thanks to all the FO agents , Security, Concierge and supporting staff that made my stay pleasant.

a short feedback to the HK Head please have the carpets deep cleaned once a quarter. Also the pricing can be better but this is a personal quip. We all want stuff that's a bit cheaper for premium quality.
