Location, location. 5 minutes to the airport ( Terminal 2 ) When I arrived in India, I stayed here for 2 nights. I choose this hotel simply to be near the airport, and again a month later to have easy accesss to the airport to catch a 04h00 flight. They also have a pick up and drop off service. Coming back for the 2nd time makes it all that more special. You know the staff and the surroundings. The rooms are comfortable and clean all with a TV, an AC unit and a fan. The shower pressure was good and there is plenty of hot water. There is also a telephone in the room to call the 24hour reception and room service if need be and in my case to receive the wake up call. The room service has a very extensive menu. There is a restaurant section as well if so required. All the the staff are very friendly and helpfull. I will be returning.

My stay in this room was fantastic and exceeded my expectations! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. Its location made it easy to access key areas in Mumbai, which was a big plus. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this room to anyone visiting Mumbai!

While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, there were a couple of things that could have been better. The room could have used a bit more natural light during the day, and the soundproofing wasn’t the best, so some city noise filtered in.

Everything was perfectly fine. The staff were friendly, smiling and helpful. The room was clean, bed linen in order, bathroom clean. My partner and I stayed for one night. The hotel is close to the international airport. The accommodation is really nice, the price-performance ratio is great. It was not my first hotel in Mumbai and I must say I would love to stay here again. They also have a restaurant where they prepare delicious food for dinner we ordered Palak paneer and it was so delicious Thanks to all the staff for a pleasant last day in India.

Location to airport. Short overnight stay with free shuttle both pick up abd return to airport. Facility clean, albeit a bit outdated but perfect gor a cheap overnight stay. Reception organised a very affordable driver to see the sights, and I felt very safe in his company.

They had a "free" shuttle from the airport. The transfer to the airport was free but the transfer from the airport required a $160 rupee fee for the airport parking charges. I did pre-organise the transfer but my flight was late and I ended up having to call them to get the transfer sorted. I arrived quite late, around 2330, but the kitchen was still open so I was able to get something to eat. The rooms were quite comfortable with plenty of electrical sockets.

You pay on arrival by cash. It would have been more convenient to be able to pre-pay before arrival. Although I did let them know about my flight delay, they didn't re-organise the transfer so I had to wait until I had a phone number to contact them with and sort it out myself when I arrived late at night.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel does a pick up service for the smallest of fees, 1.60 rupees for the car park exit, I was only there for 1 night, walked around the streets, the atmosphere the street food and the tea was a perfect end to my trip away

Airport pick-up and drop-off service. Very convenient to Airport. The restaurant was top class. The food was tasty, good quality and reasonable priced. Traditional Indian Breakfast was served in your room and included in price of stay. If you wanted a more continental style you would have had to choose from the menu and pay extra, which is fair. The kitchen was open 24hrs. The room had a fridge. The helpful Reception staff offered 24hrs service as well. The hotel offered flexible check-in service and also we were able to keep our luggage there after checking out whilst we went on a day trip, at no extra cost I might add.

There was nothing

The staff at the reception were very helpful. I got a little stranded while getting to the hotel, from a bus stop nearby and Mr. Harish Jadhav was easily reachable, very helpful, he went out of his way and sent the hotel shuttle to pick me up. Easy and comfortable stay. AC worked perfect and Wifi was great too. Room service available until late hours of the night, with a elaborate menu and quick service. Very close to the airport with free shuttle service, exceptional value for the price. Perfect for transit between travel.

There wasn't really hot water in the shower.

1. Location is very close to the airport. I found the surrounding locality to be interesting. 2. The facilities are unpretentious (hence the low tariff), but they would be deemed adequate (e.g. the AC REALLY works, and the sheets are clean) by every reasonable person. 3. The quality of food (ordered from the hotel's menu) was excellent: it was delivery quickly in a piping hot condition, in clean platters. 4. The staff was non-nonsense, down to earth, friendly (who needs pompous and fawning 'Mulajims') helpful, and responsive. If you are looking for 'value for money,' this hotel is it! Look no further if you must have low-price ( + free airport shuttle) and proximity to the airport. This establishment is not a resort, but it fulfills well a savvy traveler's needs. So, go for it without any hesitation.

Everything at the hotel met my expectations. Keep in mind that this a budget hotel.
