A Truly Memorable Stay at JW Marriott Sahar, Mumbai 🌟 We recently stayed at JW Marriott Sahar Mumbai for three nights, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and impeccable service. The entire experience was extremely pleasant and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was a highlight every morning — so many delicious options, beautifully presented, and catered to every palate. The staff were efficient, attentive, and truly hospitable, ensuring we never had to ask twice for anything. The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and immaculately maintained. Everything felt a class above, offering comfort and luxury in every detail. A very special shout-out to Sohana Shaikh, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Her thoughtful gesture of writing a personal note and leaving sweet treats for our son Kiaan truly touched our hearts. She always greeted us with a warm, genuine smile and made us feel completely at home. When we needed a late checkout due to our evening flight, she was incredibly accommodating and handled everything seamlessly. Sohana’s kindness and professionalism stood out, and it’s clear she understands the essence of true hospitality. Even now, our six-year-old son still fondly talks about her! Thank you, JW Marriott Sahar, and especially Sohana, for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to return.

It was my third stay in this hotel , As usual Every thing was good , rooms , service, clean , housekeeping, staff , specially Mr Darshit Vora ( the duty manager ) he was expert and solved my issues in business centre smoothly , food was excellent. They also brought 2 chocolates and put it near my pillow, I like the way of hospitality. Also very close to airport.

Nothing , some staff are still in training, they might spoil things with costumers , they should be escorted with old professionals .

The staff are exceptional nothing is too much and always greeted with such respect and kindness it really is a pleasure to meet so many wonderful individuals. There is a great selection of food which is delicious. The room was good we were put along way from the lift and had a child so was quite a walk and the room wasn’t as clean as we had had on our previous stay . Hope they keep the standard up! The garden s were so beautiful growing so many herbs and fruits near to the pool area . The pool is good but has a pigeon problem a lot of poo around . Maybe need to think of a way to deter them . Overall was a great stay

Courteous and prompt. We especially like the breakfast area service. Dileep, Gaurav, and Nitesh took very good care of us while we were there. I am intolerant to certain ingredients and they made me fresh food. The checkout staff was very helpful and especially Neha was very supportive in making everything seamless and connecting us with our taxi driver.

The check-in procedure could be faster, especially when it happens in the middle of the night. I was there only for a few hours and the checking stuff could have made every effort to fasten the process so that we could have had a good night's sleep. Anyway, I don't think it is their fault. The checkout process was fantastic.

I would like to thank two people who were most helpful to us as one of us was ill and they did all they could to help us. One was Lydia and the other was Sakshi at the dining room. They made life easier for us and helped us in every way. They are gems and have genuine caring personalities that made us feel welcome and cared for.

I was disappointed with the breakfast, the Western breakfast as it did not compare with the other Mariott's I have stayed in. Delhi Mariott was perfect where the Western breakfast was concerned. The eggs were rubbery and cold and I didn't find much choice I don't have Indian or other breakfasts so it was difficult for me. However the fruit choice was good.

There is a good spread for breakfast consisting of local and international buffet. The standard of the food was good. Looked forward to breakfast. The staff at the restaurants and cafes were welcoming and helpful, and made the stay at mealtimes pleasant. The room was of a good size, with amenities. The airport pick by and drop off was smooth and without incidents. I felt safe and supported at the hotel, and would stay there again.

As a traveler coming from a different time zone, I needed a meal at an odd time. The restaurant was not ready for this, and was only able to offer coffee as an option. I then had to make do with finger food at the cafe. Hotel needs to have a small selection of food that could support international travelers.

I recently stayed at JW Marriott Sahar with my family, and it was an amazing experience. Check-in was a breeze—everything felt effortless, like a well-tuned orchestra working perfectly in sync. The staff was patient, attentive, and always ready to help solve any problem. They went out of their way to accommodate my mother’s special requests, making her feel right at home. We even got a complimentary cab from the airport to the hotel, which was a nice touch. After a day out at BKC, the staff called my parents to check if they needed any juices or beverages, which was thoughtful and appreciated. And when we asked for four bottles of water, they gave us extra without even asking—small gestures like these make a huge difference. The hotel also offered us an extra mattress, which added to our comfort. Overall, our stay was fantastic. JW Marriott Sahar truly stands out for its exceptional service and attention to detail. Well designed, spacious room with every convenience. View is fantastic and room was spotlessly clean. Had access to Executive Lounge which has very slow service (except for the wonderful Balphinia) but simple, tasty buffet and drinks.

May not be suitable if sharing as the toilet is part of the main bedroom with only a movable screen separating it from the bedroom. Not every couple wants to share every intimate moment. Security at front door is a mess. Grab your bags, explain nothing - I did not feel secure.

Everything! Nothing will disappoint! It is so close to the Terminal for international flights so makes a perfect stop off on route home. All the family loved it! Our room was amazing, two double beds and an incredible buffet dinner included. Staff were all charming, so welcoming to us all. The pool is gorgeous too. Just do not miss that dinner, incredible food. Thank you!

Missing breakfast due to our 4am flight. They kindly packed us a bag of treats to take away but we wished we could have stayed another day or night.

Location, the hotel was perfect for my Stay. All the staff are exceptionally warm, and great at their tasks. I had a wonderful stay. It's the small things that count for example At breakfast at the 17th floor executive lounge I was accommodated for a later arrival, however whay was exceptional was that the Chef the next day remembered my exact order. And that's special.

This should be taken as constructive and not as any finger pointing. I do think the staff uniforms need care some come across as needing to be changed. Sorry but I had to mention it
