We had 5 night stay at JW Marriott. We reached early and came out of Airport quickly. JW Marriott staff arranged an Airport transfer and also provided us early check in. It was very quick service and we didn’t had to wait. Thank you for taking care of us. The room was spacious and very clean, it has stunning view of the city from 16th floor. we were jet lagged and trying to sleep but heard a some hammering sound so we called the reception and JW staff immediately took care of it. The best part is JW Cafe, we were delighted by JW breakfast the next day morning and for next 5 days also the service of the staff at the cafe to make you try different dishes. Overall amazing stay and experience. Thank you again JW team, will certainly visit again.

Not really a con, JW security makes sure no bad actors get into the property, but initially we didn’t like security staff at a the door peeking into the shopping bags etc, so i think they should review and if it’s good to scan the bag first and open only if you find anything suspicious.

We were in transit in mumbai and chose the Marriott for our overnight stay. It’s a stones throw away from the airport and very convenient. The hotel room we booked was lovely. It was a large room (especially after traveling in Japan where the rooms are on the smaller side) and was well appointed with all the amenities you would expect from a. Hotel Of this caliber. There was only one issue for which the hotel management has apologized numerous times, the room was a bit musty and had mildew from the recent monsoon. We sneezed and coughed quite a bit during our stay. Again we could have spoken up while we were there and I am sure they would have changed our room, but since we checked in so late and were leaving in the morning we let it go. The hotel management has apologized for the same. Breakfast at the hotel was incredible. Many many options from around the globe and the manager in the restaurant OM is worth mentioning. He not only came up to talk with us and take an order but he cleared tables and spoke to most of the customers in the restaurant and helped out as it was quite busy. All with smile and wonderful hospitality. It was very gracious. Definitely a good place to hand up your boots when traveling through mumbai.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and impeccable service. The entire experience was extremely pleasant and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was a highlight every morning — so many delicious options, beautifully presented, and catered to every palate. The staff were efficient, attentive, and truly hospitable, ensuring we never had to ask twice for anything. The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and immaculately maintained. Everything felt a class above, offering comfort and luxury in every detail. A very special shout-out to Sohana Shaikh, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Her thoughtful gesture of writing a personal note and leaving sweet treats for our son Kiaan truly touched our hearts. She always greeted us with a warm, genuine smile and made us feel completely at home. When we needed a late checkout due to our evening flight, she was incredibly accommodating and handled everything seamlessly. Sohana’s kindness and professionalism stood out, and it’s clear she understands the essence of true hospitality. Even now, our six-year-old son still fondly talks about her! Thank you, JW Marriott Sahar, and especially Sohana, for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to return.

It was my third stay in this hotel , As usual Every thing was good , rooms , service, clean , housekeeping, staff , specially Mr Darshit Vora ( the duty manager ) he was expert and solved my issues in business centre smoothly , food was excellent. They also brought 2 chocolates and put it near my pillow, I like the way of hospitality. Also very close to airport.

Nothing , some staff are still in training, they might spoil things with costumers , they should be escorted with old professionals .

The location was perfect, being very close to the airport. The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially Ms. Suhana at the front desk, who was extremely helpful and friendly. She kindly upgraded our room and arranged a special surprise for my daughter, & even granted us late check out which was truly thoughtful. The hotel's breakfast and lunch buffet was one of the best I've experienced, with a wide range of delicious options. Overall, I highly recommend the Marriott for its excellent service, amenities, and convenient location."

The staff are exceptional nothing is too much and always greeted with such respect and kindness it really is a pleasure to meet so many wonderful individuals. There is a great selection of food which is delicious. The room was good we were put along way from the lift and had a child so was quite a walk and the room wasn’t as clean as we had had on our previous stay . Hope they keep the standard up! The garden s were so beautiful growing so many herbs and fruits near to the pool area . The pool is good but has a pigeon problem a lot of poo around . Maybe need to think of a way to deter them . Overall was a great stay

Courteous and prompt. We especially like the breakfast area service. Dileep, Gaurav, and Nitesh took very good care of us while we were there. I am intolerant to certain ingredients and they made me fresh food. The checkout staff was very helpful and especially Neha was very supportive in making everything seamless and connecting us with our taxi driver.

The check-in procedure could be faster, especially when it happens in the middle of the night. I was there only for a few hours and the checking stuff could have made every effort to fasten the process so that we could have had a good night's sleep. Anyway, I don't think it is their fault. The checkout process was fantastic.
