Clean, comfortable and easy to approach.

Despite sending few messages for helping or arranging airport pick up between terminal 1 and terminal 2, no response was received , nor any acknowledgement from the staff. . Email direction to the hotel is not clear and confusing 🫤 . Staff were not welcoming and check in progress was very cumbersome. Breakfast staff were too busy chatting with each other and we were completely ignored when came in, some breakfast items were not fresh and smelly . At check out , the staff were also very reserved and unfriendly

BEWARE: Hotel advised of the place to enter the airport through a special security entrance. All worked ok, checked in, instead of staying at the hotel within the terminal, taken back out of secure area to a different wing, approx 500m. The room seemed to be below part of the airport as you could hear the airport announcements. It also meant you had to be taken the next morning back through airport security again to be able to enter terminal 2. Fortunately security was fairly quiet. Room was absolutely fine apart from airport announcements, staff were good.

I used to work in hospitality, customer service isnt just about providing excellent service on a day to day level but also understanding the pulse of the customer and supporting customer's vulnerabilities - Sagar the front office manager has been not only amazing in that but so kind and compassionate when he realised I lost my mobile and wallet in UK and landed with just small amounts of cash in India. Until I got the cash in India through friends he not only reassured me all will be ok but additionally made sure I got all the privileges that i will get if I normally would if I had got the cash in hand.. We need people like him in the world to make a difference to people... Well done.

Everything is good, a room with a view would have been great

Very good in transit stay hotel. Very convenient to get to. The reservations team were accommodating and allowed a late check out as I arrived only 3am. The room was neat and clean.

The room size could have done with being a little bigger. By the time my luggage was put in the room, I was walking over luggage to get to the door. If 2 people were sharing and there were 2 lots of baggage, there would have been a problem. I know space is at a premium inside the airport but just a little bigger would have sufficed. The price could have also been a little less as usage will almost always just be a few hours. It was also quite noisy outside the room. The walls and door could be better insulated.

I arrived very tired and I had only three hours to sleep until the next flight. At the entrance to the hotel, an inspection and they asked me to remove all the electronics from the backpack (and I have a lot of it), I was so tired and 2 hours ago I already took out everything at the airport in Goa and I began to curse for guard. Then the hotel manager came to my aid - he helped me fold all the things, fastened the lightning and reassured me. And also offered me the number of the class above without surcharge! As a result, I spent these three hours in a beautiful room. The staff here is super responsive and caring, I did not expect this! I recommend this hotel! Before entering the airport, international sorties are literally 15 minutes. But from terminal 1 I got to the terminal 2, where the hotel was 45 minutes, as there was a huge line for transfer.

Location is great for an early flight. Just go upstairs to check into your flight - 10 mins.

The check in process was awful - you have to call from gate 3 outside and wait a long time for someone to come out to get you. Then they tried to send us to another location outside the terminal and I had to argue to be put in the main hotel within the terminal because that is what I booked. There was no mention of another offsite location on the booking so I did not want that. It wasted a lot of time but I got what I booked in the end. I would like to see the check in process streamlined and not have to wait for at least 20 minutes outside gate 3 level 4 for someone from the hotel to come and get you. Other than that the hotel is good. Breakfast is fine and everything is clean.

Very convenient for an early morning departure flight. Absolutely no noise from the airport or planes above. Comfortable enough and has all you need for a transit stay. Felt more lux than what I expected, very professional. Would definitely stay there again.

Felt a little bit like being in a quarantine hotel again due to security restrictions, can only get food at their restaurant. Not exactly soundproof, in spite of signs asking for quiet there were still people talking in the hallway and a loud alarm that went off for at least 10 minutes (in the daytime).

Hotel receptionist Shawez was very helpful. You understood my need for a quiet room and allocated me a room in the central building on ground floor. As a hotelier, I am quite impressed by the staff and their sensitiveness. I’m also happy that the hotel management took my earlier feedback seriously and provided glass bottles in the room. I wish they can also provide glass bottles in the restaurant and make their hotel hundred percent eco-friendly.

In the restaurant, Hotel is providing only small plastic bottles. I wish they can provide water in glasses and jugs and become hundred percent eco-friendly.

Very convenient location. We checked in super early, no questions asked, just accommodated, as it seems this is what they are used to, people checking in and out at all hours. Very comfortable room, . Helpful accommodating staff. We would stay here again.

We didn't enjoy the food, (although we did order a chicken burger in India, so perhaps if we had ordered Indian food it would have been better!) we ordered a pre packed takeaway breakfast, which was super convenient and available from 2am, but it was extremely unnapealing.! Don't expect any communication from the hotel prior to your stay, I messaged three times with no answer. Having stayed there, I can see that they are very busy though.
