Loved the vintage architecture of the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is warm and welcoming. The food is quite tasty. Don't forget to try the desserts. It's exceptional! Would love to visit again. Mr. Suyog at the reception guided us well.

Few plugs in the room were not working. I hope they fix it right away.

It was my first visit to Mumbai however I have stayed in many 5*hotels. I can say hilton mumbai was one of the most accommodating place. Me and my wife were travelling together and decided to stay for a night in hilton even though I had privilege in another reputed brand. I was late check-in around 10 pm I don't remember the name of the receptionist after asking Janeka,Satya n one more team member I don't remember her name. They did my check-in which was very smooth and fast. Again I forgot the name of who brought my luggage to my room he was very polite and very professional, during my stay I met my housekeeping attendant (Room no-420) "Kelvin" to whom I explained everything about the room and left two notes for him and his supervisor. In that room there are some maintenance and minor cleaning issues which can be rectified easily but again thanks to my housekeeper for making those swans and placing a welcome runner on bed. A clean lobby and restaurant where my breakfast was served. Many options but I like aaloo pratha. All the staff in the restaurant were very polite and professional. Last but not least I met "Mohona":- A pleasant smile and very happy to serve her guest.I got to know she placed that cake,fruits. She asked about my stay whether it was good. Thank you chef for making that cake and writing happy vacation ☺️. Thank you hilton team.

I just asked for a late check out but they didn't even ask how long anyway we should let our guest finish their full concern I just wanted to stay 1 additional hour and they stopped my conversation saying "NO" during my check in but it's not a issue. Hilton is a huge international brand I have stayed in Dubai and Sydney however they do have a complimentary set up with some petals and flowers 🌹but here in hilton mumbai they will charge 6000++ I left thank you notes on my bed I hope those notes reached management.

Overall stay was pleasant, staff was very helpful. A huge shoutout to my housekeeper, Pankaj. Pankaj has been wonderful throughout my stay, always going the extra mile ensuing me to have a comfortable stay. Please extend my grattitude from Pankaj, from guest 133. I would also like to say thanks to Suyog, the front desk that immediately help searching for my headphones when I left it in the room, Suyog was very helpful also in providing informations about nearby places to go, and ensuring my comfort when I have a 8 hour buffer between my flight. Please help me extend my grattitude to Suyog as well.

Wifi could be better, kept getting disconnected

the bed, the room size, the bathroom. quiet place. I had a short night after landing in Mumbai, it was a nice stay to recover, and the staff was very helpful. breakfast is good, but crowded and not so large choice compared to the size of the hotel.

I had to call the hotel for cab booking, I had no answer from message. When I checked out, I was strongly requested to share my feedbacks on booking, after saying I'll do it later, the contact was almost not polite anymore. For this standard of hotel, with international customers, this is not a way of doing. So reception can be better.

Very nice rooms and facilities, very close to the airport. Special shout out to the team at the breakfast buffet - they were all very very nice and catered to my needs very quickly! Housekeeping team was also prompt and nice. Staff also assisted promptly when i needed taxis to get around the city. When my dad came to visit, staff were kind enough to promptly ask me if I needed assistance (I didn't but it was nice of them!). Overall, the staff were really good.

Slightly slow room service, had to call room service a couple of times to get staff to pick up. Check in also took longer than expected. However, both were minor issues.

Accessibility was the key…but most exciting part was the warmth and professional hospitality of the staff right from the time of our doing checkin - Mansa was such an affectionate FO who made the whole checking process smooth followed by such a great service by Kaif, Pavan, Priyanka, hostesses and all the Chef at Live Kitchen were amazingly great and took special interest in our food choices and preferences…not to forgot our housekeeper though we are missing his name but he was so through and one call on Sunday and he was forthcoming…and our checkout process won’t have been so great unless personally handled by Gaurav Sharma being FO Manager he took special initiative in keeping up our records, membership and payout process seamless (and Hemika too) great work throughout team Hilton International Airport Mumbai- keep up your good work.

Well nothing much but porch seems to be little sketchy but the staff is awesome and takes more than care to address the need of guest’s while approaching or parking…

If your team include other types of meat besides chicken and lamb in your menu, would it be more appealing to a wider range of European and Asian tourists?

The location is great… being closer to the airport, it was convenient for us. Also we got an early check in as we had arrived much earlier. Food was amazing….we had taken the breakfast and dinner with our stay package, and everything was available on the menu…. The staff is extremely friendly….. they are very good at wht they do… and met all our expectations

The location of the property is wonderful as it is situated very close to the airport.The old worldly charm of the rooms is a great draw. We tasted the Indian food in our room and it was delicious. Breakfast options were great too. A shout out to Kaif who was our server for breakfast in the morning as well as the wonderful housekeeping staff who made our stay very comfortable.

Currently there are construction activities which are happening around and within the property but reasonable efforts were taken to ensure that noise levels were under control.
