Food was really excellent. Everything was excellent.

I needed Tab. Crocin urgently at 10 PM and called the Reception only to be told to speak to Room Service who in turn asked me to call some other department and when I called them, I was asked to call Reception!!! I told him my experience and expressed my displeasure over the state of affairs when the guy agreed to send the medicine to me and he did send it in a few minutes. I think a hotel of this stature should have provision and a well defined, smooth and efficient system for providing at least emergency medicines, especially at odd hours, to the guests at short notice so that they don't have to undergo the experience of the kind I had.

The staff were incredibly helpful, bending over backwards to resolve a problem that we had (not with the hotel). The hotel itself was in a great location for us, right next door to a metro station. It was very clean, modern, with a good breakfast and dinner selection. The waiting staff were very efficient. The room was very comfortable, and we had little treats every day - around 5 p.m. some chocolates would arrive ready for bed time. Mine never lasted that long!

Property was nice, location is on main road, room was clean and size was decent, bed was not king size I guess which they told us on reception that the bed is king size. Washroom was clean. Amenities in washroom was placed for only 1 person but we were two.

Staff was not so friendly. Can do much better for the price we paid. Table is needed to sit and eat, they have a study table but they should also have a table near sofa chair. Similar kind of hotels have such kind of table like Radisson and The Fern

The breakfast was fine but the restaurant was a bit busy on the day that I was there and a bit chaotic but no real problem. The room was excellent and exceeded expectations. The staff were really good and very polite and helpful. This was an overnight stay before flying out the following lunchtime so the closeness to the airport was perfect as it was only a 10 minute taxi journey away. I did not leave the hotel so could not comment on the surrounding area.

Not sure if this was a hotel or Booking .Com problem but I received several texts/emails 2-3 days before arriving saying that my credit card had been declined and that I needed to re-submit my card details or the room might be cancelled. The hotel said that they always put a block for the room amount against the card but don't debit it until I check out and pay the full bill. The notifications received are very alarming when you are travelling and create worry and concern that it's either a scam when asked to re-enter card details or that you may arrive with the room having been cancelled?

I was treated like royalty. All members of staff were courteous, attentive, very helpful. My room was cleaned every day. Everything was provided for a very comfortable stay. I extended my stay by another 2 days it was so fine. The food was delicious at a very reasonable price. Rooms are exactly as pictured and advertised.

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

The staff were excellent, and very prompt in replying to all our questions and arranging airport pick up and drop off. The Mirage is ideally located close to the airport also. The room we stayed in was of a very high quality, with very comfortable furnishings and a huge king sized bed ! The pillows were amazingly comfortable too. You couldn’t hear any noise from outside, which is so important when staying in a busy city centre hotel.

The staff are really warm and courteous, always looking to help. Special mention to Mr.Varghese at the front desk or Vijay at the Restaurant. Most days were great but on the last day I came back had a tough day and I really liked one of the chocolates placed in the room, and I didn't ask for it but Mr.Varghese sent me a couple more as a gesture to make me feel better. Small things like this really made my day. In the morning, I usually come early to be able to have a sit down breakfast but i was just so caught up with work i couldn't, so I grabbed few nuts and took and quick health drink shot and Vijay asked mam should I pack a breakfast for you or if you let us know earlier we could've packed something of your liking. Are you sure you wouldn't like to take anything with you? The attention, the observation of patterns and trying to get into our psyche to make us feel we belong there and that we are welcome there. It's this difference that totally changed the perception of the Mirage hotel for me.

There was some local fair going on till late with loud music, there were no ear plugs in the room. I had early morning and late evening meetings so sleep was slightly disturbed, no fault of the hotel of course but it would have been nice if Housekeeping noticed. Ofcourse if i had asked it would have been provided surely, I was just too tired, but it's the unspoken needs that get attended to that make a difference in quality of experience. These aren't complaints rather just suggestions to improve service is all. This property definitely deserves 5 stars for its people overall.

Location and Cleanliness and relatively new furniture and utilities. The location is near to the international airport and conveniently located across the Main Street with good choice of restaurants and business offices.

Amazing and very helpful staff. Good location near the airport. Breakfast fantastic with so polite and nice staff to help fully. Billing system was highly efficient. The lobby was very clean and spacious. The driver with the van was very well taken care of. Airport pick ups and drop offs were done very well all along with the city tours. Highly recommend this place.

Would prefer 2 key cards instead of 1. Nothing else besides this issue.

The Restaurant Staff went out of their way to prepare non-spicy food as my husband and I couldn't eat spicy food. The staff were very attentive. The Receptionist Vijay was very helpful. Ravi the concierge & Prakash were very efficient.

The room walls were not clean. The sofa & footstool was stained. The bottom of doors of the bathroom is chipping. The door frame & toilet roll holder were unhygienically smeared. The roller blind in the bathroom has mould on ir. The wash basin was stained. The shower & bath tub were ok.The bathroom is very unhygienic. The walls of the room were not clean. Overall the bed & pillows were good. Not impressed with the facilities. I have taken a few photos but cannot send more then 1 in each category. More photos can be furnished.
