Overall, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast offered a delightful variety of options that catered well to international tastes, making it a pleasant start to our mornings. I would also like to highlight the exceptional service provided by the housekeeping staff. In particular, Mr. Priyash (forgot his correct name) went above and beyond in ensuring our room was always clean and comfortable. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made our experience even more enjoyable.

The service at Belldesk was lacking. I tried calling the reception several times to request assistance with bringing down my luggage, but no one responded. As a result, I had to bring down all my luggage by myself.

Very western accommodation with clean, comfortable bed Ne bedding. This is a top notch hotel by European or American standards and s good as it is going to get in India. The staff is incredible, Speke English, and go out of their way to accommodate the guests and their requests. The dining options are fantastic and Abhijeet is one of the most attentive and friendly members of the staff and creates an incredibly enjoyable restaurant atmosphere and experience.

the location was absolutely perfect for a couple and everything was so close by. This hotel exceeded my expections in everything. Beautiful Hotel friendly staff exceptional cleanliness everything one can think of having far from home. I wanted to extend my stay just because of this beautiful space.

i just loved everything about this beautiful hotel especially the wonderful breakfast which was a feast every single morning. I will definately do another stay for a longer period on my next vacation to India.

It’s very pleasant and I visited here before with my friends so I prefer to go at the same place. Ambiance is really good and comfortable stay.

I feel some sign or mark should be given to the people who all are already checked in there to recognise as a hotel guest until they check out. Because every time we go out security staff is looking at us like strangers I know they are doing their job but as a guest I feel it’s disrespectful. I gave low ratings for the staff that is only because of security at the door was spoiling my mood 100 times by stopping me at the gate. I feel like terrorist.

The location was great- close to the airport- close to a lot of restaurants and food joints! We got a great deal- affordable price for 6 rooms for 31st night- the staff was friendly and understanding as we were a big group of family and friends and quite accommodating to our needs. The rooms were quite good and big- well furnished and easy access-

Since it is near the airport- there could be traffic noises- Breakfast was a bit crowded due to the hotel being fully booked but there was nice selection. AC is quite strong in some rooms so you need to ask reception to have that fixed

good sized room. Restaurant was good and chef helped in organizing dinner as my son has allergies to certain foods. Convenient to get to from the terminal 2. Pleasant staff. The metro is opposite the hotel.

The room was clean and the beds were well made, clean and tidy. The staff made sure we had plenty of water bottles available in the room. The breakfast spread was really good. Location is a definite plus at its very close to Terminal 2

In the center, exactly next to the metro. Like the staff very much as they are very helpful and friendly. Sharik from the reception was very flexible to help me out with luggage and was also allowed to work in lobby after checkout. The room was very clean.
