Situated on a little industrial site off the main road, the Hotel is well located for the main airport. The Hotel itself is good quality with a small outdoor restaurant under a canopy next to a small and clean swimming pool which I enjoyed. The rooms were very comfortable with a large bath/shower area that was quite luxurious. I enjoyed the food although extensive room service was available I chose to go and use the restaurant. Staff were very helpful and attentive and I felt I was well looked after. Towels and water were changed quickly and the room was cool with both a fan and aircon. The staff also let me stay an extra day when my plans changed, I was grateful for that.

The room had no view and closed curtains but this was a minor niggle given that keeping cool was all important, the location was near enough to ATM's and shops but any sightseeing would need a taxi. I can see how the hotel is quite hard to find as its 150m up the road off the main road and not well signposted.

During my stay at Treebo Premium Widlor, I was thoroughly impressed by several aspects of the hotel. The room was impeccably clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The staff was exceedingly courteous and helpful. The food quality was also commendable. As an insurance risk consultant from the United States, I frequently visit hotels and restaurants to assess risk levels. During my stay, I ventured into the hotel kitchen to inspect its cleanliness without prior permission from the hotel staff. To my surprise, the cook line was remarkably clean, reflecting the hotel's high cleanliness standards. I have inspected hundreds of restaurant kitchens, many of which fail my inspections due to potential fire hazards and extreme grease buildup. A clean work environment, such as this, fosters employee pride and job satisfaction, which ultimately enhances customer service. Additionally, I experienced a personal medical issue during my stay due to extremely high blood pressure and realized I had forgotten my medication at home. Saddam, a hotel employee, went above and beyond by accompanying me to locate a pharmacy. When the pharmacy couldn't supply enough of my medication, he took the extra step of getting a rickshaw to pick up the necessary amount and deliver it to my room. His actions were truly commendable and beyond the call of duty. I am grateful to the staff for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. Overall excellent location especially if you have to go to the airport. The overall room, facilities, staff and the complimentary breakfast was good. The hotel staff was extremely helpful especially when they went one step ahead to get my daughters coat to be couriered to the airport which got left behind and she got it in time before she could leave for her flight. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking at comfort on all levels. Thanks to the entire team who made our stay comfortable.

Car parking to be better managed. Our car was blocked on both sides and we could not really get in and remove our car from the parking. So this has to be managed better.

They had a good selection of breakfast. Customer service was super exceptional. I had requested for an early check In, they went out of their way in giving me one. Also, my room was allotted as 2 single beds when I was the only one, but when I requested, they have given me another room with a double bed. I stayed for a day and it was super worth it!

Wifi service could have a major improvement. In country like India, where the internet is more prominent, it is advisable to let the users connect multiple devices without much restrictions.

Close to the airport, affordable and great for a little stop over for a couple of nights. Comfortable and cool in a little room, surprisingly quiet given how busy and full of life the surrounding area is. The hotel felt tidy and clean and staff helpful, ordering a taxi for us whenever we needed which always arrived in good time. A little swimming pool next to the breakfast area is a nice touch, with a small breakfast selection with a few options, perfect to set you up for the day. In a busy/hustle-bustly residential area with lots of character and cultural flare, which might not be everyones cup of tea but a great opportunity to see a genuine side to the city. Had a pleasant stay and a fun day in Mumbai, wandering the streets in the evening near the property, which to me felt very safe and enjoyable.

The property overlooks a residential area, which (as mentioned) might not be everyones cup of tea, though I really enjoyed that perspective of the city right from my room's window. One thing worth mentioning was the 50% additional fee for early check-in. We arrived at 7am and stayed for one night, and had to pay 50% of the whole booking when we arrived. Not a complaint as such, as it is reasonable enough policy... but worth knowing for anyone planning to stay as we were not informed to this beforehand!
