We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect — peaceful, convenient, and with beautiful surroundings. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the staff were consistently kind, attentive, and professional. We would like to give special thanks to Miss Anandita at the reception. She was very kind and helpful, assisted us with everything we needed, and made the check-in and check-out process extremely smooth. We really appreciated that we could check in earlier and check out later than the official times — it made our stay even more comfortable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere, great service, and a wonderful overall experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Breakfast was very good and the attendants were very curious and nice. I also wanted to mention the people at the front desk Neeraj was so helpful with different things like to call uber and directions to some places we did not know as we are visiting Bombay from US.

I did not like the people opening the big gate or rod . In the night when I was coming back the rod was open and I thought it is open but suddenly it came down and hit my head . It would be better if you put a gate which opens and not a rod going up and down . That is dangerous and scary.

I really liked the fact that it was possible to add an extra bed in the room, because we were 3 family members and we could stay together like this. Thank you Radisson mumbai

I didn't like the fact that breakfast time was until 10 o'clock. I wish it could be extended for little longer. It was our last days in mumbai so we were sleeping abit late and then we had to wake up quickly and rush to have breakfast. Also, some days they were taking out the food from the buffet area very quickly while people were still eating

Had a fantastic stay at Radisson Mumbai Andheri. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service—especially the waiters ( Valencia and Bhumika ) who were incredibly attentive, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious, first time eating Vada Pav there so yummy, and the overall hospitality was top-notch. Btw I think all the staffs were so good as I don't remember their name.

I don't like the odour in the corridor. I think, the hotel can put some diffuser or air freshner.

We were met on arrival at the airport by the hotel driver who ushered us quickly to the car and brought us to the hotel in 10 minutes. Being during the night it was an excellent reasonably priced service. The hotel is good standard. Staff in restaurant go over and above to offer everything you might need. Brijesh, senior chef, even had his team make us fresh, hot amazing food that is unforgettable. Large buffets but masses of “live” kitchen choices too. First time in Mumbai we appreciated the service and location at this hotel! Good value for proximity to airport and Metro trains.

The 5% service charge and reward system seems to put staff under pressure to offer service that they achieve well anyway. Genuine service is easily recognisable and rewarded.

I had the pleasure of experiencing truly exceptional service during my stay at the Radisson Blu. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was seamless, and the attention to detail was remarkable. I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Mr. Clement, Yashashree, and Bhumika whose warmth, professionalism, and dedication made our stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and well taken care of, and their efforts truly made a difference. It’s not often that you come across such outstanding hospitality, and I’m incredibly grateful for their exceptional service. We are already eagerly anticipating our next stay, which is on February 1st, and I’m confident it will be just as wonderful as this one. Thank you again for making our visit so memorable!

Great functional hotel, professional staff, the breakfast spread was elaborate and rather good. Really enjoyed the hotels hospitality and food. Kudos!

Buffet breakfast had good spread. Clean large room, comfortable bed. The pool was good. Location close to airport and Phoenix mall in Kurla for last minute shopping

A le cart meals at the hotel from the restaurant or room service were very average. No alcohol on site- need to bring your own or go the hotel next door. My family member was asked to pay for room service rather than being charged to the room (hotel apologised for this later)

Moved us out of the room when we noticed a damp problem/condensation seemed to have seeped up the walls. In the second room there were no issues. Staff were very attentive especially front of house. First visit to India and we moved from our original booking hotel to stay here and so glad we did so. Mini bar was free of charge! They also gave complimentary fruit. Which we didn’t get when we were in Istanbul which was the first leg of our journey.

The room was well-maintained and tidy, however, the pillows appeared to be soiled and emitted an unpleasant odor, possibly due to bad saliva.

The restaurant's pricing structure is unclear and deceptive. They failed to inform me that the price was per person, leading to confusion and a sense of being cheated. It would have been more transparent and fair if they had stated the total cost per room, considering that I was accompanied by my wife as a room members.
