ROOM WAS GOOD. BUT NO SHOWER CURTAIN IN THE BATHROOM, BECAUSE OF THAT WHOLE BATHROOM FLOOR WAS WET. STAFF WAS GOOD AT RECEPTION.

The location is very good, so close to the airport and easy for people to reach via public transport. The rooms were very comfortable. The Banjara restaurant is reached by going outside the reception area, which means that the hotel is private from outside guests. The food and live music at the restaurant was excellent! The restaurant had a themed week happening and the staff do their best to ensure you're looked after. The restaurant is popular with non-residents, so can get very busy.

Occasionally had problems with the electronic room card not working. As the restaurant can get very busy with non-residents they need to make sure there are still seats for residents who are checking in late.

Though all other thing were so good Can't explain but only draw back I had booked through Booking.Com That is Great Mistake My advise to all always contact Hotel management personally, you end to pay much more less Will save a Lot

Wonderfully helpful staff - Christina in particular was a gem. Our rooms were excellent and the service great. The hotel is ideally situated from the airport and allows easy access to Mumbai.

Mumbai is noisey - not the hotel's fault just know what to expect. The breakfast selection was geared for Indians. The Western selection was adequate.

The morning breakfast was amazing. The staffs are very friendly. The room was very clean and luxurious. I had arrived early and had to get ready for my conference and they gave me the room at the earliest before my check in time. Really appreciate the service provided by them. The room comfort also excellent.

Everything was amazing except for the noise from the pub. I could listen to the music from the pub. After a long days work it was little annoying to be disturbed by loud music late in the night. Other than that everything else was top notch. Hope you guys can change the glasses to more sound proof glasses.

GOOD STAY . THEY GAVE ME A LATE CHECK OUT TO COMPENSATE FOR THE LATE CHECK IN THEY HAD TO DO FOR THE PREVIOUS DAY AND KEPT SOME GOODIES IN MY ROOM SAYING SORRY .

Chose the hotel as near to International Airport which is only 10 minutes drive away. Offered fruit drink on arrival and allowed to check in early. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant used in evening for buffet offering several good choices. Rooftop swimming pool was good although no shaded area around it.

In the room, essential amenities in bathroom was not available. Had to call for it.

There is no privacy in the room and there is no safety lock as well, someone enters the room without knocking the room.
