Service staff is exceptional. I guess all the points will be for the staff of the hotel. Kirti accommodated our requests so well. Especially with children, everything is urgent and important and buffet restaurant staff ( the whole team) took care of us very well.

Nothing can be done about it. I don like the location. And surrounding hotel area. It’s supposed to be international airport location so expected more from the hotel surrounding areas. But not the fault of hotel actually, it’s the city infrastructure that is not being taken care much.

Hotel is in a great location. 15 mins from the airport: great when you have just arrived off a long flight. It's also well positioned to explore the rest on Mumbai Staff were very helpful, from allowing an early checking to arranging a Doctors visit to our room during the night, when my companion took ill. Front Desk staff deserve credit and the restaurant team were excellent with the Manager and Chef engaging with us at meal times. Finally, Asif, the Concierge, was unfailingly polite and determined to provide the best service. In 30° of heat, the lovely area was great to have

There is a Nightclub just off Reception. on Saturday night the area was swamped with youths who caused a bit of an issue. As a guest, I was sat amongst about 20-30 noisy, young people (from outside the hotel) which was uncomfortable.

Staff ! Ankit found my jacket when I left the restaurant and had rang my room to tell me as soon as I had got back. I went down to get the jacket and give him a £10 tip which he refused saying “ I was only doing my job” a true professional and a lovely honest man Jerushia breakfast in the morning very attentive, helpful and gave us lovely personalised advice on where to visit in a short time frame The lads at the concierge who helped book taxis take cases The lady Hatla ?? At reception who was friendly and informative All the staff were friendly and warm which was a big change from the hotel we had just left Thank you

All The staff are so kind and take care of customers so much. Especially, To the Housekeeping team, Riddhesh, Asawari, Rutuya, Rabiul, Sheudhar.C, Hilesh, Swati, and Justin, thank you so much for your greeting message and delicious chocolate cake. I was very supplied and moved by their kind consideration. I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai, and I am sure I will come back to “My second home in Mumbai” soon.

I wanted to copy my document at the business center, but I couldn't use the laptop and Xerox because I didn’t know how to access them. Unfortunately, no one showed up in the business room even though I called.

Proximity to the airport. We have stayed here before about 5 years ago so made a return visit.Staff are extremely helpful - special mention to Amit in the downstairs restaurant- he went out of his way to serve and assist 👍

A wedding had finished the day before our arrival and as a result a big clear up was still in progress- some of the facilities were not available until later or not at all which was disappointing-the swimming pool was also not open.

Extremely well presented and professional staff members. We arrived early and our room was ready even with a nice birthday decoration on bed and tasty birthday cake for my partner ( I did mentioned its his Birthday though I wasn't expecting this level of care on reception). Hetal at reception made our check in experience extremely pleasant as i was bit concerned for arriving early but they surprised us BIG TIME by already being prepared for us to receive as guest at no additional cost. We had our first lunch at the hotel Momo kitchen at the lobby which was a great experience, tasty food with lot of choice on Buffet and the vegan Ala cart menu for my partner was spot on. The waiter Bekham gave us a great service. Extremely detail and understand the need of the dinner before even asking. Young but Dynamic Bekham definitely made our dinning experience pleasant. The pool was great , nice and warm I guess we spent more time in pool then in actual city sight seeing as the hotel made is so comfortable for us not to leave it. The location was great hence no time to get bored plenty to do outdoors as the metro is just 100 meters away. Room service was great. The food was tasty and portion were big. The last night Dinner at Umrao was pleasant and the food was tasty. As a world traveler I could pin minor issues what I didn't like , however Service from Hotel Housekeeping staffs , Hetal at Reception and Bekham at The Momo restaurant in lobby just made it 5*. Excellent service and great value for the money.

The room was nice and clean with only one con the sliding doors of bathroom too tight or heavy to slide and the cupboard door ! (please change it , I chipped my nail trying to open it . I forgot about it as the reception was good) . The room corridors have a moldy smell wasn't too pleasant it can be fixed I believe before I return again in few months time. :)

I had an excellent experience at this Marriott property in Mumbai! The location was perfect, and the staff were exceptional—very accommodating and always attentive to my needs. They made the stay hassle-free and ensured everything was delivered seamlessly. During my 10-day trip, I stayed at three different Marriott hotels in Mumbai, and the team at this one stood out as the best. Highly recommended.

Nothing everything thing was just a great experience

The ambience of the property is lovely. Good location and staff at this hotel go above and beyond for their guests. The hotels pool is clean and well maintained, they hotel also has a in house Spa, which offers reasonably priced treatments (which I must add were very relaxing). The gym is very well equipped with the latest equipment and well set up and clean. The hotels restaurant offers a selection of cuisine and is reasonably priced. The continental breakfast was very well presented and served and once again the staff would go above and beyond to accommodate for the wants and needs of their guests. Highly recommend!!

There wasn’t anything that was not liked. Due to personal preference a couple of amendments where required, and the hotel staff quickly ensured this was all done and the stay was made pleasurable.

I was flying to London with my family and we all decided to stay the night at the courtyard as we had a morning flight and didn't want to take a chance with Mumbai rains. Best decision. Weather got bad overnight and if I had to leave from home, I would have had to do it at 4 am. Stay was very comfortable and my family was happy especially my 1 year old daughter who had the all the space to walk all around.

The pool area was very slippery and badly lit. Never seen a pool area have such slippery tiles.

The service and the people. They have been really proffessional and friendly too. They were above and beyond with the service. I treated so special so as my younger sister. The food was exceptional, the pool area was comfy and relaxing. I can keep talking about it on and on… in short we loved the place. I would like to mention some names who added values to our stay-Vijaya, Ashley, Rakhi, Chef Suresh and Chef Mrunalini. You guys rock and you are the STARS!

I have nothing to write negative about this place. I would always choose this hotel and recommend it to my families and friends.
