Rooms were very nice and the Breakfast was moderate.

The on-ground staff at the Reception and the Manager were not at all accommodating when it came to my transport from the hotel to the Airport which is less than 500 meters. When I booked my room via Booking.com, it was mentioned that the hotel provides free transport to the airport. But on my check out last minute, I was told they didn't offer and would charge me Rupees 1,500 if they provided it. This was like literally ripping off the foreigners. I refused to pay and my manager from my company in my home country had to get me an Uber online that cost me Rupees 250 only. Considering the hotel is 5 stars, it was least expected to be treated like this just while checking out.

Breakfast was always fabulous. Need to work on your masala and ginger tea: a. Staff in Bharat dont understand that Europeans want the tea WITH the breakfast not after the breakfast. I found this at Taj Krishna in Hyderabad also... another hotel. b. The quality of the masala and ginger tea was bitter... over brewed or had little flavour. Please work on your tea masala quality. This is a constructive point. We all really liked the hotel... FANTASTIC food... hygiene... facilities... The Spa was also fabulous and great value. We all used the spa a total of 9 times! ONE OF OUR FAVOURITE HOTEL BREAKS!

Wifi signal could be better. Kept dropping out. Door entry cards had to be reprogrammed too many times

During our very recent stay at Aurika, the experience was made truly exceptional thanks to the outstanding hospitality provided by Puspa, Santanu, and Gansham. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction made every meal a delightful experience. While we expected higher food and beverage prices at a 5-star hotel, the costs at Aurika were exorbitant and misleading. A dinner buffet advertised at ₹4999 per couple ended up costing over ₹6400 after various surcharges and levies. Guests should not be surprised with significant hidden charges after the meal.

The staff were amazing. Especially Vishal from the reception. He went out of his way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. 10/10 for vishal. Breakfast was good. Busy but well organized. Egg counter was always overwhelmed and never got our order right on all 3 occasions though, but overall they have a good selection. Bed was super comfortable. Linen was top notch.

The fan in the room. It was dirty. We realized it was there because the ACs don't cool too much. This is in January. I can only imagine how summers will be. The AC is extremely noisy. Could be a problem only with our room. The property although new has some seriously shoddy work like dangerously taped up wires jutting out behind the mirrors in the bathroom, faulty switch, paint visible on tiles, small leaks, etc. We had a problem the first night connecting our TV with the internet. We had to call them a total of 4 times through the day (over 6-7 hours) to get it fixed. Every time they said they'll send someone immediately. It was only when Vishal picked our call thst the work was finally done

The breakfast was always freshly prepared with an amazing variety to choose from. The staff is always willing to assist and satisfy any request made. The food is delicious and I will recommend the Aurika to all my family and friends. The highlight of the trip was a special pani puri event organized by Anshika . This was really as the staff went out of their way to buy the items and make it for us. Another very special thank you to Pradeep for assisting in sourcing a vendor for a sim card. This was a first time I've received such a service in all my visits to India. Truly appreciate it. Aurika really felt like home.

The property is great. Special shoutout to Roshni for the way she ensured that we could complete our check-in with minimum fuss. I was traveling with my family which included a partially disabled wife and old parents. I intimated them before them and Roshni was there to help us the moment we reached. The rooms are spacious, property is exceptionally cleaned and extremely well managed, food is good

The only negative point is their restaurant policy. Ideally for in-room guests, you have this facility of adding the food bill to the room bill and you can pay the same while doing the check out. However they don't have such policy, which I actually find it awkward.....

This place is fantastic. It is so much nicer and more modern than the photos. The value for money was fantastic. We actually came early for check in and paid for the breakfast buffet which was fantastic. Everything you could want from a buffet and more. Only it didn't have good coffee it was bean to cup. The room was so comfy, the bed was immaculate and we even ordered the same mattress topper for home. Hard and soft pillows. The pool area was beautiful to chill at. And let me tell you the gym was FANTASTIC. best hotel gym I've ever been to. It was all clean and modern and even had a PT to help you out. Towels and water provided. I had a very good full body workout and run. The restaurant for dinner was also very nice and not too overpriced. Wifi was amazing everywhere I managed to stream all the football. I can't fault anything.

Taxi service to airport is extra and so we ordered an Uber. I was under the impression it was a free service.

Right from check-in, Abhay at the reception made me feel genuinely welcome, greeting me with a smile and even offering a complimentary lunch—not due to any issue, but simply because of a kind interaction. That gesture alone set the tone for a wonderful stay. During my meals, the restaurant team added to the experience with their friendly and attentive service. A big shoutout to Yadnit, Mahesh, and Lily, who made both breakfast and lunch feel like I was being hosted at home. The highlight came at checkout when Zeeshanali surprised me with a sweet gesture that truly made my day. It was such a lovely moment, I even snapped a photo with the team to remember it. Aurika stands out not just for its amenities, but for the genuine care and human connection offered by its team. I left with a full heart and a smile. Highly recommended!

Never stayed there before and took a chance at an unknown hotel , and I really was surprised . The value for money is exceptional for what they offer. The hotel is very spacious , the food delicious . The rooms are of a good size , airy and comfortable. I like the fact that the hotel had a fresh feel, and a fresh lightly perfumed air . Only thing with a negative is the confusion on the entry and exit to the hotel from the main road . Even taxi drivers get confused. There seems to be an entry sign that points towards the exit gate …. And here offcourse one is turned back . 3 taxi drivers of mine got it wrong. Did inform reception staff , very minor issue that can be rectified easily.
