Breakfast was good, with many options for Indian food and they changed every day the options. The staff was polite and the communication through WhatsApp was good. The room is simple, but ok. It was a refrigerator, the bed was comfortable and air conditioner was very potent.

The area around was very busy and the street of the hotel was under construction and the hotel's facade wasn't easy to recognize. The receptionist said we could have asked them to send a taxi to pick us up from the airport. The bathroom was clean enough, but some parts looked like they had been cleaned in a hurry.

The location, it was close to all the amenities, shops, restaurant, bars, beer shop. The breakfast was excellent.

The ceiling fan was too low, someone who is putting a jumper / shirt on and put both of their arms up then they would get their arms trapped in the fan blades. KK was v helpful from taking the luggage in, local sites to visit as his knowledge is v good, calling taxis, he knows the good bars and restaurants, Happy smile chap, will book this again. The breakfast staff were v helpful getting you what you wanted plus the empty dishes were v quickly refilled.

The hotel was very conveniently located close to the airport, the reception staff was very gracious! There was one individual the bellman K K outstanding man , so helpful I really greatly appreciate , and let's not forget the food and beverage stuff they did an outstanding job with service for me ! This was truly a memorable trip I will stay at this hotel again the next time I'm in Mumbai absolutely fabulous !

This hotel is close to the International Airport and very conveniently located. It is great value for money with fair sized rooms, that are all well kept and clean. Staff are friendly and a special shout out to KK who was there to see to all our needs and requests. The breakfast was great with a good amount of options and suitable for vegetarians.

The hotel area is known to locals as JB Nagar. The local rikshawala do not know the hotel by name, so just tell them the destination of JB Nagar. This will make traveling to and from the hotel much easier

Great Experience at Hotel Aster Oriental I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Aster Oriental during my visit from Mauritius. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Mr. KK, who was always available to assist with bookings, directions, tips, and anything else we needed. The food at the restaurant was also absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this hotel!

The property far exceeded basic India standards. It was clean, a/c and fans were a definite plus. It was generally quiet and the beds were comfortable with clean linens and bedding. The check in process was easy and the price was very good. The restaurant downstairs had great veg options at very affordable prices and large portions.

The tv was not a smart tv so watching anything that wasn’t a local Indian channel was not possible on the tv.

We book the hotel for 3 night (25th - 28th Sept. 2024). The hotel was good and the staff was very kind and friendly. Special thanks to the manager Mr. KK. The hotel has no swimming pool and other kids attraction. hotel address was bit difficult to find.

Convenient location 5 mins away from the airport and metro. The staff were very accommodating with requests and went beyond what was asked. They were also very polite and helpful. I have absolutely no complaints with the service. The rooms were clean and quiet, with all the standard amenities. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The room prices for the area and surroundings in which the hotel is located are a bit steep. It's in an alley and not a major thoroughfare. Also, the rooms were a bit dated for the price. But considering the proximity to the airport, these issues seem trivial.

The staff was great! They gave us an upgrade as the room would have been smaller for two people. We were checking out extremely early in the morning as we had an early flight, the staff was very kind enough to pack the breakfast for us! We forgot an extremely important book there which was really well taken care of until we got it picked. The rooms are pretty spacious and nice!
