This was an airport hotel which offered all the amenities you need Good buffet breakfast and dinner saving a search in the locality Comfortable bed and nice bathroom

Couldn’t get the TV to work but didn’t really mind as our last night in India Arranged a Rp500 taxi to the airport which was overpriced and the taxi driver then asked for a tip!

Pick-up service from airport was on time and professional - also very affordable compared to other hotels. The reception staff was very friendly and welcoming. I stayed at this hotel twice during my trip to India, and I found both rooms to be very clean and very comfortable. The washroom/bathroom is quite small but that did not bother me too much. All the expected supplies (shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, etc.) was provided for and adequate. Great masala tea delivered with room service. The rooms at the back of the hotel (not facing the street) is a bit quieter, so I would recommend asking for one of those. Dinner and breakfast buffet was tasty and adequate. The restaurant staff was very attentive and helpful.

The expectation from porters and drivers to always receive a tip, and grabbing my luggage out of my hands is infuriating to say the least. As international travellers we don't always have cash on us, and to have a porter linger in my room whilst I try and find something in my wallet is not appealing. I wish tipping would be stopped and rather the hotel just pay the staff more.

Hotel was ok. Nothing spectacular but also not bad. Close to the airport, so the area is not really the best one. The food was good and personal very friendly.

We booked a drive to Pune over the travel agency in the hotel. Not only that the price was very high but it was totally unprofessional. The driver was some private person that was driving to Pune anyway, not talking a word of english, unsatisfied with the payment he got from the agency, he stopped on the way and invited three other persons in the car with us. So he can earn more money. Not to mention he had no idea where to drop us. So do NOT use this travel angency. They are scams and the hotel is aware of it. The owner of this agency was so rude that he told me I should tipp the guys who carry my luggage. Yes, indian mentality.

A very clean, comfortable, spacious room with a very good bathroom. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is very well situated for the airport. A very good hotel experience for India.

Nothing. I can only recommend the hotel. There is, however, a separate desk dealing with guest transport. This is not run by hotel employees. After my experience of using this desk last night (where I believe I was subject to an attempted scam), my advice is to not book a taxi with this desk. The hotel desk will organise a taxi if requested.

Great location for the airport with clean modern spacious rooms which was ideal for one night stop over. The hotel is next to the main road but has excellent sound insulation that we could not hear the traffic outside. Such a quiet and peaceful night sleep which is rare in India! I highly recommend this hotel for stop over if you just arrived on late flight into Mumbai or need to get up early the next day. Its a drive to the main sights downtown. Great to have twin bed room for the kids which is often harder to find with most places only having doubles. If you need to be near the airport just book this place as great value for money and you will have a good nights sleep.

It was perfect for our family for one night as we had to catch early flight the next day. No issues.

While checkout The hotel manager tries to cheat me. I needed to pay $550 which includes tax, plus drinks that I took from the minibar. I got an invoice of almost $600. I must've drink 40 bottles of juice to be charged for $45 which obviously I didn't. He told me that $550 is without tax and I proved him wrong, and then he told me it is because of currency rate , which was obviously wrong. Eventually he gave me back 1500 rupees as change from $600. Be aware! Especially if you check out at 2:00 in the middle of the night.

Very good choice of Hotel if you want to be close to the Airport in Andheri. Very good service from all staff members and Mr Parveen at Concierge is amazing and very helpful. Rooms are very clean and food is amazing and many options for Vegetarians too. You can also hire your own car with driver to take you wherever you need to go as per your routes. At the Reception just ask for Mr Ashish who is super friendly and so are his drivers.

You tend to get this Cigarette smell in the room especially in the bathroom which may irritate some.

Overall the stay was good - the hotel is slightly upper-standard but maybe a little bit expensive for the value, but overall would stay again - The staff were very nice and helpful, fairly well-trained in customer service - Nice ambience of the inside of the hotel and the lobby - Good customer service - we had issues with our card and reservation and they were able to adjust to us - Nice bathroom

- The beds were fairly uncomfortable - the box-spring mattress was clearly a bit older and I didn't sleep very well - in a hotel of this standard I would expect better (as we stayed at lower-price hotels in Mumbai before with much better beds) - The breakfast could use an improvement in a hotel of this standard - it was okay but not too many non-Indian choices of good quality - The AC wasn't working very well - probably would need maintenance

The breakfast buffet was excellent. Lots of choices. I tried several and enjoyed almost all. Also the dinner buffet was very good and is open for guests who don't stay in the hotel too. I can really recommend the food. The service is friendly as well, both in the restaurant, reception, and house keeping. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, free WiFi working well, and bathroom clean and everything was working as it should. Hotel is very close to the airport, but no noise from the planes.

This was my second stay in the hotel. This time my room was on a lower level and the window on the other side of the building. I was shocked when I opened the curtain and kept it close my whole stay. Inconvenient and disappointing. May be there can be plants and trees around the property to hide the slum next door? Although the food was very good and the service excellent, I advice to offer eggs on request for the breakfast, because the boiled eggs keep boiling in the hot serving trays and end up rather overcooked. The shuttle service is not complementary and quite expensive for such a short distance, but the drivers are helpful and friendly and the car was in time.

Every once in a while you end up staying at a place where not only do you feel welcome, but the genuine care and enthusiasm is seen across the board on every individual that I interacted with at Suba International, Mumbai. This was my first stay here and I am sure this won’t be my last. From the security, Pravin in concierge, Devendra, mandar and Jabir at the front desk, Chandrakant, Nithyanand and Billal at the dinner service and all the lovely people who served during the breakfast hour - every one of them left me feeling nice, warm and happy. The housekeeping was very prompt and kept the room clean and tidy. There was a plug point and dryer missing in the bathroom, but I was told they had it on order. I did not need a dryer, so, it did not matter to me. But if I needed one, I am confident they would have make it available. The amenities in the bathroom was adequate and they also had a kettle with complimentary coffee, teas and water. The bed was comfortable and the linen was clean and fresh. The room was spacious with appropriate furniture. The internet was fast, consistent and the coverage was good. The hotel itself is located about 15 min from the T2 terminal of the airport. The area around the hotel might not be something to write about, but it was absolutely safe to walk around in the night. The breakfast was included in the rate and was excellent with a bunch of variety across hot and cold breakfast items. I also tried the dinner buffet and it was a good spread across veg and non-veg items. The taste of the food was consistently good across my stay. Overall, I was happy I chose this place in Andheri East. Will certainly look to stay here next time I am in Mumbai. Thank you Team Suba international !!!
