My stay at Hilton was nothing short of exceptional. From the smooth check-in to the impeccable service throughout, everything was thoughtfully curated for a truly relaxing experience. From the moment I stepped into the Hilton, I felt welcomed and cared for like the only guest in the building ( Coincidentally was their first guest too 😉 ) . The service was impeccable — warm smiles at the front desk, attentive housekeeping, and staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, with thoughtful touches that made all the difference. The on-site dining options were excellent, offering a variety of dishes to suit every palate. Special thanks to the Chef and the restaurant team for curating the taste according to our palate! Breakfast was especially noteworthy — fresh, delicious, and served with genuine hospitality. Location-wise, the hotel was perfectly situated, about a 15 min drive from the Airport making it easy to explore nearby attractions while still enjoying a peaceful retreat after a busy day. The room was elegant and spotless, with every amenity I could ask for — plush bedding, fast Wi-Fi, and the kind of silence that guarantees a good night’s sleep. The staff? Absolutely delightful — friendly without being overbearing, and always a step ahead of what we might need! Special thanks to Ms Isha Parmar and her team on the front desk ( 21st-23rd June) ( sorry couldn’t remember all the names) for ensuring our comfort and taking care of us! Hotel staff and customer service was exceptional. For example when we came to our room, we noticed that it's somehow possible to have either all lights switched on, or none. Even when going to the bathroom, lights in the room had to be on. I found that strange and since both me and my wife are light sensitive, we asked if there's a way to have less lights on (bed lights separated from ceiling), and immediately they sent an electrician to our room who reconnected the light switches in a room so all lights were separate - bed side, ceiling, bathroom. Normally I would expect that this is always done anyway, but highly appreciated their proactive approach to help make our stay more comfortable. If you are reading this and appreciate having all lights separate, ask for the room 619. :-D Also, rooms are soundproof, so we could enjoy our stay in silence (which is very important for us).

I'd like that rooms were a bit bigger, but otherwise everything was perfect. That being said, rooms are not uncomfortably small or anything, but since we had a lot of luggage, room was quite crowded.

Good breakfast, we loved it. Location is convenient and hotel is new and clean.

Not enough toilet paper was provided. Had to ask for more. Reception could not provide lose change for us even after asking for a few times. We could only get a single room key - they said that they could not give us more room keys to due to system error

Restaurants food and ambience was really nice. Shoutout to Server Hashim, kind welcoming and attentive .

Restaurant service. Very slow. Repeated order delays every day and lack of acknowledgement. Except 1/2 servers aren’t so hospitable at all. Not trying to be rude or complaining guests but just suggesting for better that being a chain property brand like Hilton the restaurant service isn’t that complementing at all.

The staffs were good

Though the booking was of double occupancy,the stay was a of a single pax still they could not provide a complimentary breakfast on request, which would have hardly costed few dollars, as a good gesture a group like Hilton could have easily provided the same…. it was absolutely in the discretion of the FnB manager…..

The room was very comfortable, had a fresh aesthetic, and I was so impressed by the use of space. It was half the size of the hotel room I spent the prior few nights in, yet the space was much more efficiently used. Whoever designed the rooms and bathrooms is a genius. I will absolutely booking again when I return.

The hotel was clean, modern, room was spacious, toiletries really nice. It had good facilities including a small well kitted out gym, rooftop swimming pool.

The signage to the hotel entrance is non existent. Both the taxis dropping off and picking up could not find the entrance - entered the wrong way and had to be sent around again.

Rooms and breakfast was good, staff was extremely courteous.

The Pillows were too thick. There is no place to sit in the lobby if you want to wait for someone or for an Uber. No smoking shelter

Just 15 minutes from the airport which is wonderfull. Unfortunately a bit far from the exhibition center

Staff really friendly and hotel exceptionally clean and comfortable.

The fire alarm is located directly over the bed and flashes green to throughout the night.
