The food options were excellent. Buffet staff was amazing.

Housekeeping didn’t do meticulous cleaning. I could see the dust on glasses .. couch. Checking staff was not competent enough. The check-in lady charged by debit card for authorization and I learnt later at checkout that debit card payments take 48 hours to clear. So ok checkout I had to pay authorization again to be on safe side if my dept card didn’t go through. They can’t initiate a refund because that will go to some suspense account and there is no way of knowing. So I’m paying twice and that was shady .. I will come to know in 2 days if they have the ability to accept debit card. All this could have been well avoided if at check-in I was told it’s better to pay credit card.

The room size was good and comfortable. Breakfast had good spread and the staff were very helpful and courteous.

The check in process wasn’t smooth at all. We weren’t given rooms close to each other albeit requested during booking three months back. We were rather offered to downgrade our room choices due to one of the rooms not ready and we could be refunded the difference which was ridiculous. After much deliberation the reception manager then upgraded one of the room at no extra cost after we said this has been a bad experience which wasn’t expected from ITC. The whole check in process took 45 mins which wasn’t pretty stressful for my two young children.

As an international traveller working for a large corporation, my stay at ITC Maratha has been one of my most exceptional experiences. If I ever decide to venture into hospitality, these are the people I would undoubtedly want on my team: Reception: Manthan, Aakash, and the delightful lady with the warm smile (whose name, unfortunately, I can't recall) with whom I had a brief yet intellectual conversation in the lobby. I described the hotel as my "escape place," which perfectly captures the essence of this wonderful hotel. Breakfast Manager: H(R)itesh, who personally greets every guest and pays exceptional attention to their needs, truly embodies the spirit of hospitality. Dinner Service: Ved, who went above and beyond to ensure I was well-fed even after the restaurant's closing time—this is the epitome of "Atithi Devo Bhava." I encourage everyone to ask him about this story. Executive Lounge: Shivshankar, Harshad, and Manish turned my intended 3-night stay into a memorable 10-night experience- thanks to their outstanding service (and a story about a bottle of sparkling water that Manish offered!). The executive lounge is undoubtedly the highlight of my stay. Vikas: For his excellent Vada Pav and our engaging conversation about true hospitality. Special mentions go to the young man serving chai - who added a cherry on top of my experience with lady who remembered I was sleepy at breakfast- and the diligent housekeeping staff member who tidied my room with such care after our chat in the corridor in the afternoon. I regret I did not catch her name, but her dedication is commendable. I am certain I am missing a few names, and I hope they will forgive me. I am thoroughly impressed with the culture that ITC has instilled in its staff and encourage you to maintain this high standard. You have a fantastic team, and I might just be tempted to poach them if I ever decide to compete in the hospitality sector! Best regards, Vijay

Personalised service at every level. We enjoyed excellent human touch and warmth in the dining rooms, at the spa, in the lounge, inside the rooms with housekeeping and front office. Once they knew we were celebrating our golden wedding anniversary, our room was beautifully decorated with a delicious cake on the table. The Front Office Manager came personally to enquire about our stay. Both check in and check out were smooth. Everything was above our expectations.

Sometimes, we had a feeling of having too many staff too close, though we also understand that they wanted to be there to assist at all times.

The access from the airport, the facilities in general. Cooperative to extend check out if the request is genuine. Tv guides, bed comfort, etc. Are top notch.love the sustainability concept they have, but a lot more to be done and can be done.

If ITC brands this hotel as luxury, then they need to ensure it is luxury. Finishes are old and needs an upgrade to keep the standards of a 5 star. Don't stay if you wish to have a peaceful staycation cause the place is always a buzz with events. Very poorly managed entry/exit. Very slow check-in and check out process. In fact, it comes as a surprise that the users attending events and have functions use the same exit entry, creating complete chaos. Extremely exhorbitent prices.

We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. It was amazing service and care by the staff. Vijay Mehra Singh displayed extreme professionalism and knowledge about taking care of the guests. He certainly is an asset to the ITC group. And also Yash, Michael Viham and Rohan for being so attentive and pleasant , suggesting dishes we can try out. This made our dining experience memorable.These youngster will certainly fly the flag of the ITC group very high.

There’s nothing I disliked.

Superb location. Great amenities and maintenance of the property. Breakfast was great. And whatever requests I had in terms of food was very well taken care of.

Only one really bad experience that I had was in the evening / night of 13.01.2024. Where I had a couple of guests over. Who were not allowed to visit me in the room. Which is absolutely fun. But this could have been communicated so much better. The person at the reception desk for extremely rude and downright derogatory to me and the guests that were there. Left a really sour taste in everybody’s mind. Maybe that’s your policy. Fair enough. But the person at the desk behaved absolutely horribly.

Like the layout of the property, the courteous staff all around the property, and the nice spread for breakfast and dinner. I particularly like the property for its close proximity to the airport. However, I wish the airport pickup and drop are provided complimentary to frequently staying corporate guests like me, even when I visit your property for personal or non-official stays.

When I arrived from a long-haul flight from the US and I had to wait in the lobby for over 2 -3 hours before I could be checked in, simply because I was a bit early than your usual check-in time. I don't blame anyone, just that in such a large property, I presumed that you could have provided me a slightly early check-in, knowing that I have arrived from a 22-hour flight from California and made me an even happier patron.

Great breakfast. Great service. Room was spacious and room service prompt and responsive. Gym facilities and maintenance good. All the hotel facilities and amenities up to scratch and well maintained over the years that I have been coming to stay.

Check In process was slow as the hotel seemed to be over booked and they didn't have a room ready. Had to wait for an additional half an hour to be allotted a room. Room was allotted but the last thing that you want to do after a long journey is to have to wait for your room which has been booked and confirmed days in advance. And this is after the normal check in time also.

Great staff who were always willing to assist and help. Allowed us to have a quick shower before our flight even though we had already check-out. Made a whole difference. The concierge was very helpful in organising day trips for us. What we enjoyed the most was the Avartana restaurant, fine dining and great service, as well as the pool.

The only downside would be the cleaning of carpet floor which we found could be done better (not only the in the room but the corridors and sitting area)
