I arrived very tired and I had only three hours to sleep until the next flight. At the entrance to the hotel, an inspection and they asked me to remove all the electronics from the backpack (and I have a lot of it), I was so tired and 2 hours ago I already took out everything at the airport in Goa and I began to curse for guard. Then the hotel manager came to my aid - he helped me fold all the things, fastened the lightning and reassured me. And also offered me the number of the class above without surcharge! As a result, I spent these three hours in a beautiful room. The staff here is super responsive and caring, I did not expect this! I recommend this hotel! Before entering the airport, international sorties are literally 15 minutes. But from terminal 1 I got to the terminal 2, where the hotel was 45 minutes, as there was a huge line for transfer.

Location is great for an early flight. Just go upstairs to check into your flight - 10 mins.

The check in process was awful - you have to call from gate 3 outside and wait a long time for someone to come out to get you. Then they tried to send us to another location outside the terminal and I had to argue to be put in the main hotel within the terminal because that is what I booked. There was no mention of another offsite location on the booking so I did not want that. It wasted a lot of time but I got what I booked in the end. I would like to see the check in process streamlined and not have to wait for at least 20 minutes outside gate 3 level 4 for someone from the hotel to come and get you. Other than that the hotel is good. Breakfast is fine and everything is clean.

Hotel receptionist Shawez was very helpful. You understood my need for a quiet room and allocated me a room in the central building on ground floor. As a hotelier, I am quite impressed by the staff and their sensitiveness. I’m also happy that the hotel management took my earlier feedback seriously and provided glass bottles in the room. I wish they can also provide glass bottles in the restaurant and make their hotel hundred percent eco-friendly.

In the restaurant, Hotel is providing only small plastic bottles. I wish they can provide water in glasses and jugs and become hundred percent eco-friendly.

Very convenient location. We checked in super early, no questions asked, just accommodated, as it seems this is what they are used to, people checking in and out at all hours. Very comfortable room, . Helpful accommodating staff. We would stay here again.

We didn't enjoy the food, (although we did order a chicken burger in India, so perhaps if we had ordered Indian food it would have been better!) we ordered a pre packed takeaway breakfast, which was super convenient and available from 2am, but it was extremely unnapealing.! Don't expect any communication from the hotel prior to your stay, I messaged three times with no answer. Having stayed there, I can see that they are very busy though.

Super easy to find having arrived at Mumbai airport, literally minutes from collecting bags to reaching the hotel. Superb welcome from the hospitable staff, not only in reception, but also in the restaurant. Very comfortable room, quiet and spacious with lovely bathroom and excellent water pressure from the shower. I stayed here both on arriving in Mumbai just after midnight/early hours of the morning on 2 November, ahead of an onward flight to Calicut later that day. Then again on my return, ahead of a 9am flight to London on 24 November. Both times, my stay was very comfortable.

After reading the reviews about this hotel, I was a bit worried about the lack of windows, as I suffer from claustrophobia. However, I must say this hotel exceeded my expectations. I never felt claustrophobic—the exits are clearly marked, and the space never felt confining. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the hotel itself is fantastic. I can’t recommend it enough! If I ever return, I’ll definitely stay here again. A special mention to the staff—they are not only helpful but also genuinely friendly and welcoming.

Very generous sized rooms with bathrooms. given the construction ongoing there was some vibration, but the beds were nice and the showers were amazing, Japanese style (rain shower, handheld spray. And faucet at the bottom.a great place to relax before those middle of the night flights.

The entrance was a bit sketchy to get to- the directions to entrance 3 were not current due to construction. Fortunately I had an escort from work ,and the hotel provided an escort from entrance 2, orI would but have been uncomfortable navigating to the entrance of the hotel. I was ok walking back to the terminal for my flight, but I think other solo travelers may not be.

The check in experience was smooth and quick. The front desk was responsive to requests. The breakfast buffet was delicious and well appointed. Restaurant staff was polite and attentive.

I required some assistance from the Airlines counter for the onwards flight. There was no airlines help desk on the floor of the hotel. The hotel front desk could not provide me information about the airlines help desk or connect me to the relevant airline. It would have been nice if the front desk was able to connect me to a suitable airlines help desk rather than me having to travel two levels to find one.

I stayed there to have some sleep between my 2 flights unfortunately I couldnt sleep because the room service staff was very loud,think the have been cleaning next to my room and kept talking loud I even opened the door to see who was it thinking maybe the customers but no it was a woman and a man.Think the staff should be quiet because the walls are not that thick so you can hear everything.It is obvious people taking rest there between the flights so it should be quiet on the corridor

The location was the most convenient, right inside the terminal. It was just a 5-minute walk to the check-in counters, so I had no trouble with weather, or a need for a shuttle. At the counter, Mr Ratnesh was very friendly and helped be to get to the point where I could see the check in area, so a big thank you to him. The restaurant has a wide selection of fare. In addition, the hotel gives you a pass to go outside into the arrival or departure area in case you are keen to try out some other food. Costa's coffee was a great place to get a cappuccino. The staff at the reception are all very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend the hotel for a transit stay You should know that the hotel can only be booked for persons that have an arrival or departing ticket for that day

For the requirements, the room was adequate. Do not expect a lavish stay since the hotel is strictly functional. Everything works and is great for the purpose, though.
