Good place to stay for a night, close to the airport. The staff was great, very helpful and service minded. Breakfast was good (but not big).

The beds are hard. Also, the place is hard to find. Google maps gives you the approximate location. Look for Unity bank, very close to the hospital (across the road), as nothing really indicates that there's a hotel in the same building.

Choice of restaurants within 2 mins walk + 15 mins drive to Intnl Airport - during peak hours Mumbai traffic. uber location : Opposite Sugun multi-speciality hospital. Hotel itself is above Unity Finance Bank and board reads Konak Hotel (and NOT Best hotel).Slightly confusing but still nothing major.

Room is sufficiently big for 2 people. Wud be nicer if the Ensuite bathroom cud hv been slightly bigger.

It is difficult to find, but you can ask the locals. I did not face a problem with that. The staff at the reception works very professionally and professionally. Mr. Altaf is always smiling. The owner of the hotel, Mr. Khurshid, is a man with a high level of morals. I was hoping to meet him, but circumstances , the hotel Close to the mosque, just a few steps away, the water pressure is good, the facilities are generally good, and the Wi-Fi works quickly

I think the hotel rooms do not have soundproofing, you can hear outside,and hallways, kitchen workers were cooking food and listening to loud music. I couldn't sleep that night because the music went on until 12:00 am . This is really really unfortunate

Clean and modern room - matched the pictures which is rare for Mumbai at this price range. Security guards at both entrances.

The people next door had two rooms and they treated the whole hotel like it was their home, open doors and talking loudly back and forth, kid yelling.

I really enjoyed my stay in Mumbai at The Best Hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. Daily cleaning service was provided along with bathroom amenities such as towel, toilet paper and soap. Breakfast was included in my booking. You can decide between various Indian breakfast dishes such as Idli-Vada, Samosa Pav and many more along with delicious chai. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, they did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Even when I fell sick once, they helped me a lot. Free Wifi was also available throughout the hotel. I also loved the surrounding as there are many shops, bakeries, restaurants and druggist shops. As a female solo traveller I always felt safe,

It is quiet, becouse big Windows. Its clean. Air Condition, it is really really cheap! :) its ever somebody there day and night, you have a Telephon and order what you need (drink or food) TV also with english Television, WLAN, a comfortable Bed, Shower, WC! The Personal comes fast and is really friendly!

The staff were very very good at their job, especially Mumtaz Alam and Mohammad Aslam. Besides, I bet this is absolutely not a scam. The experience was pretty good. Rooms were clean too, although it could have been better. Also, this place is absolutely superb for a family, it was an amazing experience altogether. I definitely recommend this one.

If WiFi is your top priority, I doubt this might not be the place for you. Also, only one room (106) on the first floor was big enough and had no problems whatsoever but other rooms were really small, some rooms didn't even had windows and the bathroom was also kinda small.

Location wise this place is very near to the airport And everything is close by from restaurant to supermarket Staff is very friendly and the owner is very helpful Hotle is clean and neat 10 out of 10

Exceptional hospitality by hosts Mumtaz and Salim. Both were always ready to be helpful even in the middle of the night. I reached there at 2.00 am on 8th oct, mumtaz was already waiting for me at the building's entrance as it was raining heavily and finding address was not possible. It's a totally different world after you enter the hotel gate. The room was exceptionally clean with warmest hospitality as promised and stated in other reviews. AC, tv, hot water - all facilities working fine. They provided me with free breakfast, no extra charge, taste just like you are eating at home. Thanks to both mumtaz bhai and aslam for making my stay memorable, will definitely stay here whenever I visit again. Perfectly suited for solo travelers.

A good value place for a short stay. Small rooms but clean and comfortable. Very welcoming and helpful staff. About 20 minutes by taxi to the airport, 15 minutes to the nearest metro station.

Difficult to find. It's on the 1st floor above the Unity bank, look for the FabExpress sign.
