ROOM RATES WHICH GIVEN N MENTIONED IN YOUR PORTAL NOT INCLUDED GST..THERE SHOULD NOT BE HIDDEN CHARGES..BCOZ WE BOOK ROOMS ACCORDING OUR BUDGET...N LAST MINUTES KNOWING IT NOT GOOD ..

We had booked our stay with Metropolis for 2 days. This was one of our best stay ever, not just because of the room and location but sheerly because of the service levels they have maintained which are beyond 5 star levels...they go beyond for there customers and same was witnessed myself this time. Let me start by sharing our complete experience, we reached the hotel early around 9:30am though checkin starts from 1pm-2pm onwards, but they were more then welcoming in arranging atleast one room for us to freshen up and leaving our luggage, we went out for breakfast and by the time we came back, they arranged the other room as well and I guess it was 11am..thanks and much appreciate Mr. Anup for the ease in arranging the rooms....our stay was just amazing at the hotel and the entire staff was very welcoming...thanks for such a lovely treatment...our short trip ends and we checked out of the hotel and left for the airport to board our flight...the moment I landed my destination which took us around 3 hours, I get a message from Mr. Anup, that you have left something, believe me I and my wife checked everything, our gadgets our bags etc, but were not able to recollect what, and once he confirmed Sir you have left behind your ring, believe me I just noticed my finger then to realise, the ring was missing on my finger, Wow this was a Gold and Diamond ring worth a handsome amount...then Mr. Naved (GM) stepped in inorder to ensure that it reaches the right person and did some checks if it really belonged to me, I then arranged the pickup and delivery to myself, which afcourse was done rightly by ensuring that the same guy is collecting the ring from them whom I had arranged again with the experience of Mr. Naved and team to ensure nothing is left to be scrutinies, who does that at this point of time of taking such care of their customers belongings, if they wouldn't have informed me, I would have never realised where did I misplaced!

5 stars are way to less to rate the experience I have witnessed if I was allowed it would not be less than 10 stars that too out of 5. So guys who ever is staying there next after reading my review, would request you to please ask for both of them and thank them first on behalf of me, would mean a lot! These are the kind of people who win and make our trust in others prevail! Kudos to Mr. Anup, Mr. Naved and definitely to the housekeeping staff who found the ring and informed the management...heartiest thanks to all of you. I really wish everyone to follow such an example and offer exceptional service to there customers as witnessed! Best regards Pankaj Oberoi

Staff was very helpful and RAPID SERVICE ..WE ASKED FOR EXTRA PILLOWS AND WERE OFFERED SUCH WITHIN MINUTES ...ROOM SERVICE ALSO WAS QUICK ...CHK IN WAS DONE VERY SMOOTHLY ..WE ARE REGULAR GUESTS AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT ...WILL ALWAYS BOOK THIS HOTEL AS IT IS WELL LOCATED AND JUST 10 MINS FROM THE AIRPORT ...FOR TRANSIT THE BEST ...SUITE ARE VERY SPACIOUS AND ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN ..THANK U METROPOLIS SEE U SOON

Buffet Breakfast was amazing, with varied varieties. Everything was just great. Airport is nearer, while railway/local station is far. Metro Station is very close. one of the busiest areas of Mumbai Suburb

Nice breakfast, nice restaurant in the hotel, good shower, comfy bed.

Half mile radius locality around this hotel isn't the best in Mumbai.

We had an issue that we had faced and the concerns were raised regarding the same to the hotel . The matter was not taken lightly by the management , I must mention Naved who is the Manager was in touch with us throughout and was very proactive . We are grateful that the management took swift action and will recommend hotel Metropolis to all , especially cause of the positive experience that we had as women travellers ! A big thank you to the team.

Great room, service, location. Clean and well maintained. Was a pleasure staying there. Strongly recommend.

I felt it was slightly overpriced. Not flexible with early check-in when rooms are available. The made us wait for 2 hours until check-in time. But they gave us the room on check-in time, no further delays. The reception could have been a little more polite while asking us to wait.

Located close to the airport so good for a night to make connecting flight the next day

The rooms can be renovated… they feel old.

Conveniently located - near to the airport and with good links across the city. Rooms were big and clean. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good and the restaurant Zytun was great. Overall good value for money.

The hotel can do with an additional lift. Lot of waiting around for lifts, especially during checkout time.
