A pleasant experience... Room was clean and well maintained... Staff was very helpful... Service was excellent... All over I can say it feels like another home.... Thank you for ur great service... And also the food was amazing... We stayed up to 2 days and it was an incredible memory.

there are couple of things that needs to be taken care of: cleanliness: all the towels smelled oily and disgusting. wifi: I am an overseas resident and I was specifically looking for wifi service and they didn’t have that whatsoever the reason maybe. time management: they really need to take care of time. on my booking it said I can check in anytime after 12:00 pm that day and I came by 6:30 pm IST and still had to wait for more than an hour to get the room. I travelled the whole day and it was really annoying. I appreciate the guys though, they were nice. toilet- wasn’t clean and had no hot water.

fan speed not adjustable as the knob was broken and ac was in high blast. we are not used for high blast ac and high speed fan. Size of the room is too small.
