Stayed here for separate night and had a great experience. Already booked our next stay. Great hotel, located in a nice and vibrant area. Plenty of shops and places to eat or have a coffee nearby. Excellent transportatione opportunities with uber, taxis and auto's ready to drive you in minuttes. Good and close distance to the airport, rushhour should be avoided. Fabulous bed, hard, wide and clean. Very friendly and service minded reception that helped us emmensly with our needs. Good restaurant as well. Well worth the stay - and we will be back

It was a nice part of Mumbai with shops and good restaurants to walk to. Calming Powai Lake was walking distance. The restaurant on 2nd floor was lovely I tried Indian Zinfandel wine which was lovely pity they don't sell it in the airport. Very nice, helpful staff. Room was oasis of calm and gave me the much needed sleep prior to my longhaul back to London.

The service in restaurant was a bit slack waiters more interested in chatting to themselves than being attentive to patrons needs.

Location great. Friendly staff. Good food at restaurant. Good amenities like lotions and razors. Hot water for shower!

Communication prior to arrival was nil. I had some questions and never received answer but once I arrived it was great. My room was clean after I switched rooms. The first room was completely unattended to since the last visitor. Nothing had been cleaned so I think this was just a mistake and I was given wrong room. More toilet paper and fix the showers so the water doesn’t go everywhere haha. Oh and needs some washcloths too!

The first room that was allocated was not upto standards. On complaining, was changed to a different room which was good. Staff helpful.

Calls in the morning about laundry and cleaning the room were a bit irritating. The room faced the road and the constant honking outside could be avoided with thicker insulating glass, I suppose. One time, I asked for an umbrella and was given a mangled one which they apologised later but was not really much help then.

Rodas An Ecotel Hotel was a good experience. The hotel was really nice and the staff was really nice and accommodating. We were treated really nice as they were able to store some things for us as we were coming back to the hotel. They even help in getting sim-card. The distance to the international airpost was not long, only outside rush hours. Many restaurants and markets nearby. Very easy to get uber or auto's. Pleasant stay indeed.

The room and bathroom size was great. The bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. The view was great (main road view). The breakfast was plentiful and the staff are super friendly.

One of the staff members opened a Perrier water in our room and initially they charged us for it. We don't ever touch the bar or fridge items and this was disappointing that we had to deal with this situation.

Rodas is a convenient choice due to its proximity to the airport, making late check-ins stress-free with just a 30-minute drive. The concierge staff ensured a smooth check-in process. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a sense of safety and security that's particularly comforting for international travellers. The morning breakfast was excellent, and staff were very helpful and attentive.

The cramped check-in area to accommodate more than two travellers would significantly enhance the arrival experience. Upgrading the toilet next to the reception would better suit the needs of overseas travellers, especially those with children. Additionally, introducing a broader selection of Western breakfast options would cater to a wider range of tastes and improve the breakfast experience.

The location of Rodas Hotel and the way you organised the space is the main attraction of the property. Its in the middle of Heera Nandani complex and very convenient to travel to any place in Mumbai.

Some more greenery can be added both inside and outside of property, especially to the connecting corridors with indoor plants.

Location and the staff (Vikas, Sagar, and Somnath specifically). Everyone is well trained and good at their jobs.

This time, unfortunately, a large Indian family was next door. Very noisy and kids were running around in the hallway making remote work difficult. Hotel management tried but gave up I guess.
