Excellent location in Hiranandani Gardens, good wifi and decent options for a packed breakfast served in the room at a time chosen by us. Room had all all the amenities including a water dispenser, kettle, washing machine, oven, fridge etc. A big thank you to Payal at the frontdesk - she printed some of the documents with no fuss and was asking what could be improved.

Room should be inspected before the guests arrive to make sure all amenities are working rather than the guest calling and getting the same fixed. Road where the building is located has too many street dogs who sometimes went berserk barking.

A very good living experience, with a living room, water dispenser, dining area, kitchen equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, one bathroom, and one toilet. It's suitable for a small family and offers an experience like never before. Japanese chef is great！

Very mixed feelings about this stay… I had to change apartment for a 2-night stay, not pleasant… My first apartment (402, B) was pretty bad. Stains on the sofa. No WiFi. My second apartment (802, A) was excellent. Modern, clean, nicely furnished. Excellent WiFi. Higher, better view (though both on the nearby construction site)… Staff was nice in helping me to move…

Breakfast is a joke. Brought to the apartment, just simple omelette, coffee and a few pieces of fruit. This is not a breakfast for the price paid to stay! Location - in a very nice area but very far from the centre of Mumbai (at least 1:15 drive).

We skipped breakfast and asked for fresh papaya every morning and that was given to us on time. Location is excellent and is a 10 minutes drive to the R city mall. Also the stray dogs menace was considerably less than the previous year.

They seemed to have run out of masala chai and kept stuffing coffee sachets instead! And prior to giving us the room where we stayed they showed us one more property in another block which was way below the standard of ReloHomes so we declined the same.

Great location. Excellent room cleanliness and facilities. Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent security. Thankyou to all of your staff. With a short walk to shops and malls it’s a wonderful location. It has all you need to enjoy your stay in Mumbai. Our stay included breakfast which was a bonus. We had 9 friends and relatives stay across 5 various apartments with the same quality was across all of these. We all said we would definitely book and stay here again.

The kitchen in our apartment was well appointed however, we suggest an addition to each room of a small microwave and toaster. The only other suggestion is 2 towels per room and they could do with a bit of fabric softener on them. We did ask for 2 towels and did promptly receive them, so Thankyou for that.

Well looked after apartment in a very pleasant surrounding area, quiet with double glazing windows, blockout curtains and everything in a kitchen that you could wish for. Big tv and excellent WiFi. Very very friendly and efficient check in with an informative bellhop.

We appreciate the breakfast offered and enjoyed it. Maybe a continental breakfast placed in the fridge before arrival might work e.g. lassi, fruit, idly with chutney, pastry, cereal etc.

Clean, comfortable apartments at prime Hira Nandani Garden area. Easy check in and check out. Good facilities in the apartment. Will definitely book again for my next stay.

Breakfast timing. Since the breakfast was in any case going to be sent to the apartment in boxes, it would be great if they could extend the delivery time for breakfast till 10 am at least instead of 9:15 when they rang my doorbell.

The apartment was clean and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked so I could cook for myself. The location is excellent and within walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants. I felt safe here as well.

I only had one small issue - the water in the shower was not very hot and I prefer a very hot shower. I did ask them to fix it, which they did but it seemed to not last the entire stay.

Powai is a good base to stay outside of the city. The apartment had everything we needed and breakfast was served to our room each day. Full marks to the room cleaners. The daily room service was excellent!

Check in staff are not informed if the room has been paid already. We paid 50% before arrival and the remainder on arrival. The staff asked us on a couple of occasions to sort out payment before check out dispute already paid. This was not dishonest, just under informed.

Kitchen utensils are not kept according to Indian cooking standards which makes it difficult to cook some things. Cooker, Mixer, etc are missing. Though on multiple requests they provided us with a cooker but made a lot of fuss about it and acted as if we had asked for some big favour. Breakfast is below average due to which we usually end up taking Fruit plates. Room cleaning timings are very random.... sometimes they visit in the morning 11.... whereas at times they don't come until 4 in the evening which makes it difficult to manage things if we are planning to cook lunch.
