A Stay That Redefines Hospitality – Meluha, The Fern, Hiranandani I have had the privilege of staying in some of the finest 5-star hotels across 40 countries, but few experiences have left a lasting impression quite like my stay at Meluha, The Fern, Hiranandani from 2nd July to 7th July 2025. From the moment we arrived, the service was nothing short of exemplary. The staff exudes professionalism, warmth, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Every interaction was met with a smile and a willingness to go above and beyond. A special mention must go to Ms. Sunita, the Manager — a truly kind soul and an embodiment of what great hospitality should be. On the final day of our stay, I was unwell, and it felt as though the entire hotel was rallying around my family with care, concern, and compassion that truly moved us. The attention to detail, the seamless coordination, and the empathetic service delivered by the entire team made us feel less like guests and more like extended family. Meluha is not just a hotel — it’s an experience of excellence. If you're looking for world-class service wrapped in genuine human warmth, this is the place to be. Highly recommended. Five stars aren’t enough.

I like everything about Melhua.

Very comfortable and clean. Staff were amazing and very accommodating.

The QR code for room service only gave me the menu and did not tell me where I could order. The luggage attendant had given me information but I was tired and had thought it might have been written down. It would have been nice to have an easy accessible directory or orientation pack giving details of the hotel’s facilities and contacts. That being said, reception staff were very helpful with answering my questions.

Breakfast was not included. As I have been a guest at your Chembur property, you could have offered Breakfast for free or at a reasonable rate. Location was good. Room was small.

I had requested for early check-in for which I was charged an additional 5000 rs...this could have been avoided. Room was small for 2 adults and 1 kid. You could have provided a bigger room or could have offered 2nd room at a better price. These strategies will help to retain existing customers.

Breakfast quality was very good, spread was also commendable. Service wasn't that great but nothing to complain about. I love cashews and I didn't find it in the buffet, but other dry fruits were there.

Available staff to take table orders weren't enough. No one approached me in almost 45 mins of my breakfast time to ask whether I needed tea/coffee or water.

I recently stayed at the Meluha - The Fern hotel in Mumbai. The hotel is a five-star property, and everything was at par with what you would expect from a five-star hotel. The staff was courteous and always willing to help. I especially appreciated Nikhil, the housekeeping person on the sixth floor, who was always available to help me and my two young children.

We came all the way from USA to show our daughter where we had celebrated her 1st birthday and she was so impressed. shout out for the staff, they were so kind, humble, so so very professional.. Room service was awesome food and restaruant staff was so good. i can go on & on. I would highly recommend your hotel. we look forward to visit again and make more memories. Thank you

Location, Cleanliness, Service.

Consistency is lacking in service level. So it’s up to the staff handling your Issue either you get excellent service or an ordinary service. Shows lack of training and /or commitment of staff for the Service.

Excellent location and size of the room.

1. Room had smell of foul/ dampness 2. In spite of communicating the reception desk took more than 20 min. to complete the check-out and just to give the invoice print. I missed to attend my meeting on time.

South Indian, North Indian, Maharashtrian, Continental, American Breakfast are all choices available. Kal Dosai was my favourite, when I asked them to make it and provided the spec for the same!

More Menu Varieties for Alacarte Dinner would be better

The staff was excellent and very helpful. The room was larger than expected and complete with everything needed for a week long stay. The hotel is ideally located if you have work in the area. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

There was a constant musty and humid smell in the corridors. This could not have escaped any of the staff since the air was just hard to breathe! I wish they took care of it instead of letting it linger for a few days.
