Everything was absolutely great, We all totally loved the Hotel and the management. It's very near to Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi which was great for us to visit there as well in a small amount of time. The price of our total stay here was Absolutely worth it. Food delivery here was pretty easy and fast, didn't have to describe to the deliverers a lot about where to come. Absolutely recommend you to stay here. The staff was also very helpful and did everything to make the stay comfortable for us. Absolutely recommended.

There isn't any room service or restaurant in the hotel, but that's fine, since the food deliveries here are very easy and the food reaches in an ample amount of time, if wanting food deliveries go with the Agarwal Restaurant, the food was absolutely tasty. At the end everything was great.

The M.D and the staff giving their 100% to customer.i visited more than 100 hotels international and more than 100 hotels domestic in my age of 59 years . But as per the price of room this is worth and the best hotel in Mathura. I recommend to every one to stay here and it's branches . The M.D Mr Sonu Sharma is the best person who respect every customer as his personal guest . The receptionist Mr Dinesh Thakur is a hardworker cooperative and polite person and ready to help all time . Other staff is also giving a 5* experience of service to all guest .Even the security guard who stay all night giving a treat of tea at early morning 5 am .inside the room I got everything more than expected such as All out for mosquito. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. This hotel is really very nice. I want there staff are very polite specially Nikita ma'am and Rahul sir. If talk about hygiene it's awesome. Rooms and bathroom are very clean. Hotel manager was also very nice. No extra charges geniune price. I can suggest you should go there and take service from this hotel. Vesa basool hotel.

Pretty fine experience. Cleaning was on time. No issues on water and cleaning facilities. Amenities was fine too.. little adjustments needed. Staff was also kind and helping. Dinesh singh manager was good and helping. I like the stay.
